I walked into the mattress firm yesterday and as soon as I stepped in the door I was welcomed by this lady she was super nice and had me try a bed while she was helping out another customer. Another worker named Chris saw me and decided to assist me and he totally made my day getting me get the right bed. I learned a lot about what’s important for sleep and he showed me some very cool things. My bed will be delivered today. I can’t wait to get it!!! 5 STARS FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We were greeted right away. Carmen was super knowledgeable and very friendly in helping to choose the best mattress for me. No pressure to sell the most expensive mattress, but recommendations for the best choices to pick from.The store was clean and bright.Highly recommend visiting this store for your mattress needs.

These girls were so wonderful! Extremel helpful with lots of patience while I chose my new bed. After visiting 3 other stores with pushy sales men these girls were a breath of fresh air! I purchased a king split mattress with 2 different bases. They stayed right till closing to make sure I had what I had wanted. Keep up the wonderful work girls thanks so much for helping me. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a mattress without the stress of a pushy sales man! Wonderful selection of beds too

Melina and Carmen worked together to help us get an amazing deal on our new Purple mattress and adjustable frame! Melina was friendly, helpful, and professional. Carmen was very knowledgeable and resourceful. Together they were unstoppable!
