“My mother just recently was discharged from the hospital with oxygen. Rueben delivered the oxygen timely to the bedside so we could be discharged while awaiting further supplies to be delivered to the house. He was very nice and helpful. Brylon B came to the house and delivered the remainder of the equipment. He was extremely thorough in his explanation of each thing and went through step by step to ensure my parents understood everything. I’m a physician and I can tell you that you don’t get people who explain things well and ensure the patient understands anymore- but Brylon really went the extra mile to do so! I feel comfortable that my parents will be able to handle everything now because he did so well. Thank you Brylon!”
