I am really loving this gym! The small group fitness environment has been a game chager for me in my fitness journey. I wouldn't define myself as someone who enjoys exercise, so having the added accountability from the amazing trainers and new friends I have made here keeps me coming back. The people here are all so friendly and welcoming. It's a really awesome community of people.From the very first day, the team at No Limits welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable. This is the first gym I have been to that I enjoy coming to. I love that I am seeing results and I feel that I'm getting stronger from their workouts and individualized strength training program.I highly recommend this gym!

From the first call to the last, Mike at No Limits Fitness was amazing! As a member of another gym going through him for nutritional coaching (45 Strong), I had low expectations as I figured he wouldn't be as invested. He was there every step of the way providing guidance, training, personal experience, education, and emotional support. I lost weight, gained experience and have a whole new way of living ahead of me. I couldn't be more grateful and glad I was part of this program/opportunity! Thank you!!!

I was new to the area and when I looked for a gym, I saw NLF had 5 stars, and group training. That was a concept I had not experienced before.It did not disappoint! Work outs are fun! You are greeted with enthusiasm as you walk in the door, and the group gets to feel like friends. Jordan is tough but so sweet and funny about it that you don't even realize you are doing more all the time - lol. Mike has amazing insights and experiences that make you feel that he gets you...he knows his stuff!The entire experience has been a blessing. I have come a long way in the few months I have been there, and I look forward to future workouts at NLF!I highly recommend this gym!

NLF is a welcoming environment to exercise. The workouts are always different and can be modified to fit different skill levels. Staff is supportive and hands-on.

I am forever thankful to have found my gym home at NLF! Mike and Jordan are the best coaches around. They will guide you to constantly improve yourself while still supporting your personal pace. I've been a member of No Limit Fitness since 2014, and I've enjoyed watching it evolve into the small group sessions it offers today. The trainers I work with most frequently are Mike and Jordan. Their commitment stands out—they know when to challenge you and when to provide support, ensuring each workout is effective and enjoyable (with a hint of sarcasm included). I’ve tried other gyms, but nothing compares to the atmosphere, equipment, trainers, and clients at NLF! 5 stars all the way!

I cannot say enough great things about this gym! No matter where you are starting in your fitness journey, you will immediately feel welcomed at No Limits Fitness. The environment at this gym makes me excited for my workouts! There is ALWAYS a personal trainer there to make sure that your form is correct to prevent injury, and to answer any questions you have! I started going to NLF the beginning of this year and have seen a personal growth in myself I haven’t had anywhere else… this place is an absolute GAME CHANGER! <3

I have been going to No Limits Fitness for about a year now and absolutely love it! Mike and the trainers really take the time to know you as a person and help you achieve your goals. It’s not like your typical/cliche gyms, “Hi and Bye”. It’s so much more welcoming and your workouts are designed specifically for YOU!I recently did a program with NLF called 45 strong and it was life changing! The program is done but I’m still continuing to follow the regiment because I love the results. I get married this September and NLF AND 45 strong are helping me reach my wedding and lifetime goals!

This gym is fantastic! Mike and the team do a great job planning mixed workouts for strength and endurance. I. Just completed the 45 day fasting challenge and it has changed the way I even look at food.3 years ago I started on a journey to loose weight. I was successful, but keeping it off was always a challenge. After the 45 days with intermediate fasting, I lost about 12lbs, but the program is so easy to just keep going afterwards. The knowledge here is amazing.

I used to totally despise the thought of having to go to a gym and work out. When I had tried in the past, I would sign up and then walk in and not know what to do. At No Limits Fitness, my total perspective has changed. I find that I have no excuses to not go and work out. It's a personalized planand never stays the same. The coaches are always coming up with new exercises to work different muscles that I didn't even know that I had! And, they make it fun! When you come to No Limits Fitness, you become part of a healthy family. Everyone supports each other, it's a positive environment and you will become a better version of yourself. I began mainly due to some heart issues. Well, my heart is now stronger and healthier than it was before. A nuclear stress test confirmed it! Give them a try.....you will get a few sessions gratis to see if it's a fit for you!

I absolutely love it at no limits fitness. I joined 4 years ago to get in shape before my wedding. I was extremely self conscious as it had been a long time since being in a gym and having two kids my body definitely had changed.The coaches and members help and encourage you from the moment you walk in the door. The plans are modified to your goals, you’re held accountable and can see your results. There are monthly check ins and one on ones. They truly care about your well being and fitness goals. I’m stronger, healthier and my mental health is better because of them. I love my no limits family.

Went in to see how much pricing was and what they offered. Dirty and unsanitary. Way over priced. No energy inside at all. Not sure how people still go.To be clear they don't have any record because I didn't sign up for anything. After seeing the lack of of cleanliness, I walked out and told my husband not to bother going in to do his introduction to the gym

I cannot tell you enough how much I LOVE No Limits Fitness! I was apprehensive about starting because I hadn't been very active in a long time and I was worried it would be too much, but I'm so glad I took the leap because this has been the best thing that I have done for myself! The coaches are so amazing and they work with you no matter what fitness level you are at. They make you feel comfortable and welcome, but they will push you to be your best! I love that I don't have to think about or plan a workout, I just show up and they walk me through it. They also do challenges which has helped me so much to hold myself accountable with both my fitness and my nutrition. I thought I had my nutrition where it needed to be but doing one of these challenges where I was keeping a food journal made me realize mistakes that I didn't even know I was making. All of this has led to me feeling and looking the best that I have in years! If you are looking for a gym, look no further and come join the NLF family, you won't regret it!

BEST GYM EVER!!! At first I was scared because I feared I would not be able to keep up with the program. Since my first day, Mike and the NLF team (trainers and members) made me feel welcome and at ease. The staff is very knowledgeable and every workout is constantly pushing me to be stronger…physically and mentally. Even on days when I am not feeling well, the team and the other members keep encouraging me to keep moving forward. Everyone is supportive and one big family. ?

No Limits Fitness takes a comprehensive approach to fitness and overall well-being. After my back surgery a few years ago, I still found myself in pain. Regular chiropractor appointments helped, but adjustments never lasted long. After working with Mike and his amazing team of knowledgeable trainers, I've been able to strengthen my back to where I no longer suffer lower back pain. Even my chiropractor has commented on my improvement! They encourage you to move at your own pace which helps prevent injury and burn out. I've finally found a gym where attending doesn't feel like a chore and is truly an enjoyable experience I look forward to.
