“I was at this Ace great service kind employees. I ask that you change your policy on non service dogs being allowed inside the business. I was in there this morning and a guy had hid small "shitzu" unleashed walking through the business. As I was walking to the register the "shitzu", fit its name and dropped some turds near the grills. Not thinking there would be turds in Ace or irresponsible dog owners that would not pick up after their dog. I stepped in it. Staff was alerted and the dog owner said he would pick it up. All good in the end but please change your policy on non service dogs being allowed in business.”

“This is a good Home depot.Been here a number of times mostly during the day, and anytime I've needed help there's been someone who can answer my questions. Sometimes I'd have to wait 5 - 15 minutes, which I find reasonable for the amount of experience answers I've ended up getting. When I need the staff, I've always been able to easily find someone walking around, and the were generally knowledgeable about locations. I remember several times asking for the place and usually the employees, young or old, knew which isle to find somethings. Occasionally down to the bay! The times they didn't they looked it up in their app and sent me the right way. Also, have had a number of returns and orders made at customer service, and always they've been helpful.”

“I went to buy a chalk board the other day and Ryan and Paul helped me. They were willing to go up to get a unopened box from the very top of the racks to help me, however, I just wanted a piece that Paul cut for me. Ryan discounted it due to it being partly damaged. They were both wonderful and really helped me a lot. Ryan should be a manager as he is very smart and knowledgeable. Thanks to both of them I will return when I need items the Home Depot sells.
