“I had a really negative post but you know what life is good and Mike has redeemed a more or less difficult situation for me and he really gave a really lovely touch to our backyard that I think I’ll be very proud to say we worked through a difficult process but made something beautiful out of it. It’s hard to connect two different Heads. Sometimes you can’t. It needs to be a bridge.”

“I like HD in general however, this store did not have a tool rental, which I think would be a benifit to increase the stores traffic. I also did not care for the store layout. Several departments were split up, which made it difficult to find things. As a out of town contractor.”

“I had a difficult time locating a kitchen faucet aerator that was compatible with my Pur + water filter. No one had what I needed and I was referred to Ace Hardware. I called up and spoke to Steve and then to Pete, who was the plumbing guy and I ended up visiting the store. Kudos and hats off as Pete went above and beyond to solve my issue. He was able to come up with the solution and I would never have gotten what I needed, if not for Ace Hardware and Pete!! Everyone in the store were very friendly and its a very nice store. Thanks Pete!! 🙂”
