This place is filthy. It used to always be clean. Guess they stopped pressure washing the outside because it is disgusting. With the prices they charge, they can afford to clean it. Gross.

Came to this drive through Sunday morning and was trapped in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Service was horrible no explanation on the wait. I definitely do not recommend this location.

We had a Greek salad which came with some bread. A little butter or seasoned oil would have been nice with the bread. Other than that the salad was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

I am a frequent visitor at Panera and have generally had positive experiences. However, my latest visit, particularly at 8:33 PM through the drive-through, was disappointing.My order primarily included a chicken noodle soup with a specific request for extra noodles and less broth. To my dismay, when I received my order, it contained only broth without a single noodle. Such a glaring oversight in fulfilling a simple custom request is unacceptable, especially for a regular customer.Additionally, I ordered a parfait. If Panera cannot provide the appropriate container or ingredients for a menu item, it is both courteous and professional to inform the customer beforehand. Instead, what I received was subpar and left much to be desired.I am unsure if these errors were intentional or due to oversight, but in either case, it is a serious lapse in service and quality control. I hope my feedback is taken seriously and that measures are put in place to prevent such incidents in the future. I look forward to seeing improvements and returning to the high standard I know Panera can achieve.
