It has low ratings because old people don’t like flavor in their food or you weren't patient. Simple. Really good quality and flavorful foods. Great kind employees and food is fresh.

Every time I go to this location I leave angry. I've tried to avoid this young lady by going inside to the counter and she was there too. Best advice I can give is to avoid the whole building! I don't eat meat but my family does so I ordered the meatless bowl...she hands me the Family meal n locks the window literally said nothing. I sat outside the window for another 5 minutes, after waving, her sad service "what you need" so I let her know my food is missing, she said "oh yeah" no apology no nothing. Bowl was made wrong, I went inside..her again..."what now mama" I explained. Girl turns around and starts to fix it and literally while explaining to her co workers why I'm upset starts laughing at me. There is no divider...I can see you. It's just sad they continue to hire people like you to represent them. I'd rather drive to Orlando now.

I recently visited Pollo Tropical and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with their customer service. Upon arriving at the front register, I waited for over 5 minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance from the staff. Despite the restaurant appearing busy, a simple greeting or acknowledgment of my presence would have gone a long way in making me feel valued as a customer.While I understand that businesses can get busy, basic customer service etiquettes such as acknowledging customers can make a significant difference in overall customer satisfaction. It is crucial for staff to be attentive and responsive to customers, especially during peak hours.Although I enjoy the food at Pollo Tropical, this particular experience left a negative impression on me. I hope that the management addresses this issue to ensure that all customers receive the level of service they deserve. Improved customer service can greatly enhance the overall dining experience and encourage customers to return in the future.

The chicken was over cooked and dry. I remember Pollo Tropical chicken being moist.

By far the worst pollo I’ve ever been to. It has so much potential if they can hire the right crew. The employees really show they don’t care and straight up rude. Today I had Shaquella who helped me and she will be the reason I don’t go back to this location.

This must be one of the worst Pollo Tropical…the chicken was dry and hard, the platanos were too green and not ready to be cooked and were burnt as the chicken. The rice and especially the black beans were nasty. The beans looked like a black sticky substance that I would not feed to an animal let alone a human.

Haven't been here in a while. The food was very good and flavorful. The service was also very good. The floor was a bit dirty. Looked lime some spilt beans and it wasn't cleaned up.
