Ms Kim ALWAYS does the best job! I love my nails so much. This has been my go to nail salon for about 3 years. Also, I got a pedicure and I didn’t get the woman’s name but she did phenomenal! I have psoriasis on two toenails and she didn’t make me feel embarrassed and made my feet feel so good! Thank you Pretty Nails!

Yesterday a young man named Sel did an outstanding job on my manicure. He is very talented & I’ll definitely be back to see him for my next set of nails. I have been a customer there for the last 7-9 years.

Whether you have a specific look in mind or need help deciding, they have you covered. Exceptional customer service, with the added bonus of receiving detailed instructions on nail care.

I’m actually still sitting in salon as we speak I have been coming here for three months when I tell you I have been satisfied until today OMG the gentleman who works here is terrible my pedicure looks like a tow year old did it and my fill is a complete disaster on top of him taking nearly three hours to do a fill and pedicure it’s terrible quality if I come back I will never use him again I’m mortified I have to walk around like this all day until I have time to have it fixed this week I’m so angry

Horrible ,horrible ,horrible. Went in to get jelly pedicure,new set, and eyebrows. Jelly pedicure is 70 dollars. No problem except she never did the jelly part. When I brought this to her attention she told me she did it. I told her no you didn't. She grabbed something out of the garbage and said yes I did. No ma'am at no time were my feet in jelly. She finished polishing my toes and filled the tub back up with water and then put the jelly in after my Pedi was finished which at that point made no sense. I told her I just wanted to pay and leave. I go to pay and now it's gone from 70 to 85 because of gel polish. They were gonna charge me 15 more dollars on top of the 70 I was paying for a pedicure dine I correctly. No discount,compensation,nothing. When I told them that wasn't fair I was told to come back tomorrow because the boss wasn't there. I then told them they needed to call the boss at which point she said I don't have pay. I just wanted my pedicure to be correct. Very disappointing.

I've only lived in west melbourne for 18 months this is the only place I've had pedicures, I've been happy enough. Yesterday I had my 3rd manicure, each one is worse. I normally keep medium long nails i left with no nail beyond the skin, they hurt.I hesitated to try again, fool me 3 times.. I'm so sad. Staff is nice, friendly.
