I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service at the Deli department on July 21, 2024. I have never encountered such poor service from employees who are supposed to earn $18-22 per hour. The two individuals working at the time, were particularly unhelpful and inefficient.
First, there was no bread or meat available. Guy#1 seemed incapable of properly handling the avocado, merely stabbing it instead of cutting it. Guy #2 repeatedly left the counter to cut meat, only to return, place it on the sandwich, and then leave again to put the meat away. This back-and-forth was frustrating and time-consuming.
Their lack of coordination and efficiency was evident. The couple in front of me had to wait for 15 minutes just to get their wrap finished. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and dissatisfactory

We used to shop here always but unfortunately will not anymore. We get it that prices are rising everywhere BUT when you're getting $.50 up to $2.00 more for each item that seems like greed. Target & even Walmart have raised theirs too BUT not by 50% or more!! Also, why are your cakes, prepackaged items selling with the sell by date being the same as day we are buying them?? NOT right= we want "fresh". "Good Luck" that you can/will remain open!!!

Good store. Ordering deli online can turn out not as good as you might expect. Too often, they get rid of the end cuts to unsuspecting customers who order ahead and pick up. That’s my gripe. I specifically write in the special instructions now, NO ENDS. I actually went back once and showed the customer service guy and the lady who cut it. I had two, old end pieces of Boars Head deluxe ham sliced up in one order, it was a mess, and at $12.99 a lb. I was a deli slicer in high school at a grocery store I know what I’m looking at. I found complaining is worthless. So now I check every cut before I pay while I’m in the store. No other way to do it. If it’s messed up I give it back. Other than that, it’s a good store.

Really love all the different types of food.
The prices are high when a small cake cost 23.00 and 3 Subs cost over 35.00 too many companies raising prices but no income raise Americans won’t last long like this.
Please help the people that are working hard
to put good meals on their tables, for their families.
