I don't give a crap that the customer had been in before. They weren't there when I was standing in line. If any manager actually cares to look into this to understand what happened. Look at your cameras on 9/8/25 and look at around 9:55-10:00 am to see what your employee was rude to customers causing them to walk out and give business to 7-eleven. I won't be back to this location after that.

Absolutely the worst experience with my disabled husband who was in bathroom for 7 minutes and was publicly called out my the attendant in front of all the customers for being too long!! No okay!

I see so many hateful comments about the staff here. Just remember your smile can make a difference. My daughter and I go to this place every morning. If you're a regular you will surly see us. My daughter is on cloud 9 when she gets here. The staff in my opinion goes above and beyond. They are all friendly and so helpful to anyone I see. My daughter has a routine and the fact they all enjoy her being there warms my heart. We love this place it's our little home away from home!

They charge me the incorrect price for 3 ON's that were displayed at 3 for $11.00. Bot a problem , until I spoke up advising the cashier , she got the assistance manager lady who has absolutely ZERO skills for management position. She immediately coped an attitude saying they're 3 for $12. I advised her I'd like to pay as the large sign says 3 for $11.00 ,she rolled her eyes and told the cashier to give me a refund of $1.75 which simple math is too much. I'm a business owner who has a small fleet of 11 service vehicles that get our fuel from RaceTrac , this k it's about time to get a fleet account at Wawa where they appreciate their customers.

I came into racetrack 8/14/24 Brittany was so helpful and polite. She went out of her way to make some pizzas for a friend and I. She joked around and made us laugh and definitely made us feel welcomed.

I come to this location every morning to get fuel and ice and water for work all the staff are helpful in every way but when I show up after work most of the time after 6:00 and try to order a whole pizza I'm always denied I don't know what's going on at this location never had a problem anywhere else something should be done I was at the cashier and there where two employees back by the ovens just talking and the line ways almost out the door just for them to tell me no after I stood in the line.

Be careful here...
2 weeks ago I got gas here and although the digital screen showed I got gas no gas actually went into my rank...
TODAY I tried to get gas at pump10 and 11 and the sales were canceled as soon as I tapped my card and it cancelled when I inserted my card. I went inside to advise and the guy just looked at me like a deer in headlights and responded with " there's a issue with pump 14"
I said "well there's now and issue with the other 2 pumps now"
He asked if I wanted to pre pay and I responded NO. The dude didn't even go check the oumps..WTH.??
I go to this location weekly because I use Upside but I'm done!!!
