Brad is 100% the best shoe/ boot fitter I’ve ever met. I left a week ago with a 9.5 wide. Today I returned with the concern that the top of my foot was hurting from the lace. He spent the time to figure out what boot fit was going to be the best for me with no regard to anything but the best for my particular feet and comfort. This store has good folks and I’m not going anywhere else to find the perfect fit. These guys are so good and I suggest anyone give them the chance to fit them up. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been to this store twice, first I was helped by Mark. Super cool guy and very helpful. The next time I was helped by Brad and he helped my coworker find the best fit and make of western boots. We went through 4 different sizes before Brad saw what he was looking for in the way the boot fit and looked when my coworker was walking in them. He’s very knowledgeable and you can tell he knows what he’s doing. Awesome customer service and friendly.

I had an issue with a pair if boots I purchased back in september, I brought it in and Kody assessed them and was able to help me with a warranty exchange within 15 minutes of walking in the door. I have been buying boots from Red Wing for the last 6 years, four of them from this location. Their customer service and ability to help you find exactly what you need quickly is why I continue to come back. Great customer service, special thank you to Kody

Hi there! I just purchased my first pair of Red Wing boots from the West Melbourne store, from an outstanding employee named Marc Antonuccio. I had such a pleasant and professional experience, I feel compelled to write a review and publicly thank this charming and helpful individual.
Upon entering the store, I was warmly welcomed, and helped immediately. Marc measured my feet accurately, and even measured my soles to make sure I received the best fit possible, also recommending the perfect insole for my drop arches. I was then shown all the choices for my specific needs and was able to select just the right boot in a very short time. He also made sure I was aware of the guarantee on my boot selection and offered his card if I were to have any further questions or need further help. I am so grateful to Marc for his kindness and for making what is normally somewhat stressful for me into a very productive and successful purchase that I feel great about. I will continue to shop at this store in the future.

I bought a pair of boots and they fit fine, but they were not slip resistant enough so I returned them. The return was easy enough, but the sales associate that sold me the replacement pair seemed very eager to get me out of the store as quickly as possible. I asked for a boot in a specific size and he went to the back to get them. When he returned he handed me the boots outside of the box for me to try on. At this point I was feeling extremely uncomfortable and just wanted to get the boots and leave
I tried them on and they felt fine, a bit off, but I figured that they would break in and fit in a similar way to the pair that I had just returned.
However, after wearing them for a few days, I started to get weird pains in my little toe that I hadn't had before. It felt like a pinched nerve. I bought a new pair of insoles and chalked it up to the boots being new. It never really got better and I finally figured out what was causing it.
When the sales person got the boots from the back, he purposely obscured the lable on the box, and went so far as to not let me take the box with me, and in my anxiousness to leave, I didn't check the size of the boots. I paid $300 for a pair of boots that are a size too big, hurt my feet, and are probably going to do permanent damage to my feet because I was made to feel uncomfortable while shopping for a pair of work boots, and I know I should have checked them and not left the store until I was completely satisfied, but as a person with severe social anxiety, I felt like I was inconveniencing the sales person so I had to leave as soon as possible.
Overall I would give the boots themselves a much higher rating (if they fit), but I would recommend avoiding the store itself if possible

Went it this past Monday to exchange a pair of boots I bought last week. Associate working was questioning me as if I had done something to the boots although I had the receipt and the boots were literally brand new. Kept saying it was weird I was asking for a bigger size and giving me a hard time for what reason?
When I bought them last week I was in a rush and didn’t try them on. I figured since it was the same size and style boot it was going to be fine until I went to put them on for work and they felt tight. Yes, I know boots need to be broken in but it was just simply small on my feet. Not going to wear something uncomfortable at work and waste $260 on some boots that will hurt my feet. Ever heard of feet growing and getting bigger??
What I thought was going to be an easy exchange wasn’t.
Brunt boots next time.

So I have had a pair of slippers I got from my mom before she passed. I loved the way they fit and feel on my feet. Plus one of the last things I got from mom so extra special to me. Needless to say after almost 10 years they need replaced. I literally wore the soles off off them. Went to get new ones and was shocked to find out they have been discontinued any only had smalls left in stock. Thankfully I had called the store and talked to Brad. He not only went out of his way to help me get what I needed in the size I needed from another store that still had some in stock in my size. He saved my Christmas as my husband had offered to buy me a new pair. That way I can feel like my mom is still with me. So special Thank You BRAD it's rare, Nowadays for people to take the time to do what you did for me. Your efforts are truly appreciated.
