I took Dad into this branch yesterday, and we had one of the best banking experiences that either of us have had in a long time. Rebecca was friendly and knew exactly what to do. She had us out of there in no time. Will definitely use this branch whenever in the area.

My advice to you is that if you have a family and kids, DONT USE THIS BANK! I deposited 2 checks 2 weeks ago on top of my direct deposit and they held my checks and locked my account. I dont have access to ANY of my funds. I went in person to this branch and they said they cant help me and that my account is closed and I cant get my direct deposit or money. I tried to talk to a manger and a clown named Rebecca in the front said she was going to call me back and never did. I cant access my account for 2 weeks. And 2 times i had to cancel and order my card.

I've had nothing but issues regions is garbage do yourself a favor go next door to chase.They close early and god forbid their atm works.They also have too few of locations so its inconvenient. I hate this bank.

We opened a checking account with Regions in 2015 when we finalized our mortgage with them. At the time we thought we would be changing banks. However we decided to stay with our current bank but never closed the Regions account and never signed up for online banking. We opened the account with $50 and never used the account. Today we closed the account. Of our $50, $14 was returned to us. We were told it was for low balance fees for July and August. Coincidently, we refinanced our mortgage with another bank for a lower rate in July. Up until then we were not charged any "low balance" fees. Today, I also requested the last 6 months of statements and was told I would be charged $5 per or $30 for them to either mail them to me or for me to pick them up at a branch. I will never use them again for any of my financial needs nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I would give them MINus 5 if i couldDO NOT TAKE ANY CHECKS FROM THIS BANK!!!!!! They will not cash any checks from their account holders!!! They SUCK!!! Rudest ppl!!!! I would never get an account at this bank!!!!

CORPORATE NEEDS TO EVALUATE THIS LOCATION'S WORK ETHIC AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Covid protocol seems VERY UNORGANIZED. Sign says Only 3 customers allowed in at a time which I understand, but associates have us waiting outside without any sort of direction or acknowledgement. They ignore us (4 customers outside) while they work with the drive thru and whoever is inside. The Manager came through the front entrance with his gym shorts. I heard a customer say to him "I have been trying to get a hold of you (manager) for the past 3 days. I ended up getting an appointment with the assistant manager." And he responded with, "You did? Ok." And walked in the building, shut his office door, and wasn't seen again. When I was finally helped, associate responses to my questions were just not very friendly or not met with decent customer service response. Example...she tells me that it will cost $60 (I forget exact figure) to cash a business check. I tell her, "wow, I'm surprised. I bank with Regions. Why would it cost $60?" And she says, "Those are the rules!" Third time in the past 5 years I visited this Regions location and nothing has changed. Attitude seems to collect a paycheck and not care to help the customers. I wouldn't be surprised if this location has multiple complaints. Seems like management doesn't care and corporate needs to get involved, because I have had great experience at other locations!

9am open time for drive through is not acceptable and the atm michine down frequently. Definitely prefere the brance on New Haven
