Service was smooth. Took a bit longer than I’d like…3 hours like they said. Could use some magazines, larger waiting area space or HGTV to watch for that length of waiting time. Just saying. The bathroom was large and super clean which I really appreciated though!! Thank you Safelite auto glass. Staff was excellent!!!

1. They will NEVER pick up the phone. If you have an issue most likely you will have to drive there. Go ahead call em, see if I’m wrong2. It’s been weeks and I’mStill waiting on my windshield.What kind of operation are you running?!

14+ hours across three different days and I am still waiting!!! I was originally told 3 hours and I dropped my car off ahead of the 9am appt time. I called to check twice at 4 and 6 hours and got no direct answer as to why it was taking an extended period of time. They called me 30 minutes later to say the recalibration wasn’t working and I could either leave my vehicle overnight or pick it up and bring it back another day. I did not have the luxury to leave it, so I scheduled to bring it back another day. The second day I sat in the lobby for 3 hours after which the tech informed me that the recalibration was still failing and they would need to put OEM glass in. I would need to come back a third day for another windshield install and recalibration. I am still sitting here in the lobby on day three at a total of 14 hours. Nobody is working on my vehicle. I can see it in the garage. There isn’t a manager available to speak to. The lady at the front desk is very snippy and doesn’t understand why I am complaining. Poor customer service. Very dissatisfied and what a waste of my time.

This company is an absolute joke! It's unbelievable how all they care about is taking your money without delivering on their promises. I was scheduled to have my windshield replaced yesterday and was told the glass cameIn broken, so they would need to reschedule me for today. So, after rescheduling my appointment for today, I received a phone call at 7:30 in the morning from the guy who was supposed to show up, as well as an email. But guess what? No one showed up or even bothered to call by 4:30 in the afternoon. Frustrated, I decided to call their office, which turned out to be just as much of a joke. The person answering the phones was incredibly unprofessional and showed zero empathy for the inconvenience caused by Safelite's incompetence. Can you believe she told me she needed to schedule my appointment again? Seriously, what? I thought it was supposed to be today! I received a call and an email, and all she could do was laugh and say that she could only reschedule me. What kind of operation is this? Are they going to keep playing this game every single day, pretending they'll show up when they never had any intention to in the first place? They already got their $350, and that's all they care about. I am beyond furious. This is an absolutely terrible way to run a business!

First, I made the appointment a week in advance and got confirmation of the time I chose. On the day before the appointment they informed me that my time had changed to a half hour earlier. No communication asking if I could be there early. That's just rude and unprofessional.After over 60 miles round trip and 4 hours, I have to do it all over again because they use after market glass that wouldn'tcalibrate. Now it has to cure and they have to order from the manufacturer. In the mean time, I have no cruise control and other safety items.They offer nothing to make up for the massive inconvenience.

I scheduled an appointment for a windshield replacement on 2/7/24. The tech (Roderick) showed up on time and was polite. However after the job was completed I noticed the epoxy was squeezed out on the inside windshield of my vehicle, no big deal but it is ugly to look at. My issue is both sides of my windshield and top are leaking water. Not by a little, but a lot. We had rain a couple days after the appointment and my dash was soaked to the point of having to drive around with a towel on my dash. I had to drive to work with water dripping on my clothes from running off the dash. The water traveled into my rear view mirror and radio. There is now condensation on the inside of my radio that is visible. If the water leak wasn’t bad enough, I can hear and feel the wind coming inside my vehicle from the corner of the windshield. If I or a passenger puts a hand up to the windshield while driving the wind can be felt.Currently waiting on a warranty replacement, will update my review when completed!

They call at 730 am on the day of appointment telling us that the glass did not get delivered and that they will contact us to give us a schedule for today or tomorrow, Two hours later we called to check and were told that our schedule will be almost a week later!!!!!!!!!!!! We are paying for a rental care but while acknowledging this, they do not appear to care. The call received indicated that the glass was not received on the original scheduled date of SERVICE,but that was a lie because they received it but it was was damaged and SERVICE was rescheduled to March 5, 2024!!!!!!!!!!!!! So the PAYING customer has to get the truth him/herself, Is thatFAIR?????? Do not trust them for telling you the truth!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have shown a lack of business ethics! Do not trust promotionsshown on tv!

Their tech (Roderick) did such a poor job replacing the windshield, it is infuriating. Given others’ reviews I’m reading now, this is a recurring experience. I’m contacting corporate and BBB next.
