I purchased a vehicle from this dealer to find out later that the odometer had been tampered with. The dealer offered to let me trade the truck in for another in the lot. The dealer provided a fake car fax report, not just once but twice. I had the file a fraud report on the dealer and spend days at law enforcement offices. I kept going to this dealer asking them to correct this major problem. At first they said they will address it, but they haven't done anything other then give me the run around.... so now we have a major odomenter fraud case against them, and I have a vehicle that is worthless.....This is a Federal and State felony charge and it's done a lot in the United States to innocent Customers... Florida is ranked #3 in the United States.... Stay away from this dealer...

My salesman, Ian Brown, was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. He was able to educate me on the many features of the new Outback. All of the Subaru employees I met - from the Sales Manager to the business, parts and service departments - were friendly and efficient. I have had great follow up help with my questions and even got assistance with setting the garage door openers. I received a very fair price for my new car and I highly recommend Ian Brown as well as this dealership. I love my new Subaru Outback!

Great experience at Subaru Volvo of Melbourne!! Sam was fantastic and very responsive to all my inquiries and requests. I really blew up his email but he was very pleasant and professional and helped me through the entire process. I was so excited about my new car I left a very sentimental vanity plate behind after transferring the registration. He immediately texted me and I rushed back to get it. I'm so happy I found this car, this dealership and the nicest car salesman I've ever met!! Sam's one in million. I've purchased several cars in my time. Let's just say I'm "vintage." This is truly the nicest experience I've ever had buying a car.

If I could give negative stars I would. ALWAYS double check your vehicle and paperwork after working with this dealership- they charged us for work they did not do, when we came back the attitude we received was horrible. Twice now we have got our car back in worse condition than we left it. The service manager Howie is completely incompetent, even Subaru of America told us “that dealership does not represent Subaru”. Make the drive to Sport Subaru in Orlando, at least there they do honest work and have great customer service.

Great experience in every way. I ordered a vehicle and it came in early. My husband and I both got to test drive the vehicle. Our salesman, Ian Brown, answered all of our questions and explained a LOT of the high-tech new car features. There was no “high pressure” sales pitch for the vehicle itself or for the optional extended warranty or maintenance packages. I’ve been driving our 2024 Crosstrek for 12 days now and enjoy how it handles - and the compliments on it’s “Offshore Blue” color. I gave Ian’s business card to a friend/coworker and strongly recommended she visit Subaru of Melbourne.

Very friendly people who did not pressure me about anything! That meant everything to me and made my car buying experience wonderful. It was quick and easy!! The website had pretty much all the info I needed about the car that I wanted to purchase. I was contacted by the online team and an appt was set up for me to come in. A carfax was supplied and the car was well maintained. Definitely a wonderful car buying experience! Thank you Trent and the young man who went with me for a test drive.

I had to have my Volvo towed because my key would not turn in the ignition. An entire ignition assembly was ordered and my husband was told I would get one key to replace the old one. The cost of the new ignition assembly was $1,012.50 and the cost to program the new key was $431.09 for a total of $1443.59. We were handed parts of keys in a ziplock baggy to use manually to lock/unlock doors & trunk, and to start the car. When I got my car back home, I discovered that I had to struggle to get MY new and supposedly reprogrammed key into the ignition; and the lock button on MY key didn’t work at all. Volvo’s advice was to use one of the key pieces to manually lock/unlock the car. So after paying nearly $1500.00, I’m now supposed to drag two keys with me everywhere I go, using one to start the car and another to manually step out of the car to lock my car or get into my trunk. When we were told we would get one key with the new assembly, I expected it to work as it had previously, especially with the price I paid. My Volvo has been a good car, but I will not buy another Volvo. A good service department is important to me, and the service department in the Melbourne, Florida dealership is terrible. I feel I was ripped off!

Honestly, I really hate the whole car buying process, but I was pleasantly surprised with my most recent purchase. Steven was great! I told him exactly what I was looking for and he found it for me and kept me informed throughout the process. The best part is that I never felt pressured and there was no haggling. Best car buying experience yet.

Always appreciate the customer service I receive here. They get my car in, explain the services they are doing and the expected price, then get the work done and have me back on the road quicker than expected. They even give me a heads up on the what maintenance is due next time around to I know what to expect in advance.

Have bought my last 3 new cars here. First an Outback and then 2 Foresters. Service dept is excellent especially dealing with Calvin. He is great to work with. Looking to possibly get a new 2024 Forester. Will definitely be buying here.

Subaru of Melbourne has been great! Our old Ford was falling apart and we needed a new car. The sales people at Subaru of Melbourne were very helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and not pushy at all. Overall, it's been a great buying experience.

This was the most fun car buying experience I've had in Brevard by a country mile.Michael Gutierrez and Josh Reichbind were with me every step of the way and they were so accommodating, I had a super easy time at the dealership and things couldn't have gone more perfect - they were great listeners that paid attention to my needs, while also making to sure to explain that I understood everything I was looking at. Never at any point in time did I ever feel rushed or pressured into anything.Rene Echevarria was also patient, kind, and respectful of my questions, and was super professional in the paperwork process. I had total peace of mind with my purchase after finalizing everything with him.Overall, the team at Subaru of Melbourne was very interested in helping me find a car that works for me and I was super thrilled that they were able to make everything happen, at a price that worked for me as well. Definitely glad that I had stopped in.
