It would be such a beautiful location. And that is the only positive thing one can say about this bank in New Haven.The employees look out for themselves and treat the customers poorly. They mock customers, become loud, and refuse to assist them. It's a dreadful bank.I have never experienced such poor customer service at a Trueis branch. You are truly, truly terrible."

Mark Petrocchi was rude and very dismissive. I came in to ask about a temporary card after opening new account, I was met by Mark but left feeling disappointed and unsure if Truist is the bank for me based on Marks customer service. He had a very mean and dismissive attitude from the very first moment we spoke

Terrible bank, atm barely works and when it does it hardly accepts any cash I put in. If you’re new to this are and need a new bank, try space coast credit union. They’re much better

We were BB&T customers, we endured the switch to Truist and the lack of products and services from SunTrust during the transition. Our last trip to this branch to have a document notarized was a breath of fresh air. The employees seemed happier and the service was very good. The facility needs renovation, parking and and access need to be up dated.

Honestly if I come in with an issue I'd expect help with it.I've been here twice because I still haven't received a card. My app says I should have.The teller just tells me just wait another week should be there?.If I told someone this at my job I'd probably be fired. Honestly so unprofessional. If I'm not the only one having this issue maybe it's the actual banks fault.

This location is the worst..its Friday and 2 tellers..not one person in a office to help..I came in to handle a debit card problem...wow, I want to find a new bank..this place and their ways of doing things is HORRIBLE...Don't come here!

It's very frustrating that the branches close at 4pm. Working members are not accommodated. I have tried doing mobile deposits and they take DAYS to deposit and the accounts may go negative. There is no reason when I have deposits waiting in the wings because they take an unnecessary long time to record the mobile deposits... that I cannot deposit traditionally because their branches are closed.When I am able to finally take a day off and come in, I will be closing my accounts. All of them!

They charge you on the same instant you get overdraft they don't even let you deposit the money on the account so disappointed of this bank

The worst. Serious red flags, avoid at all costs. Been there only a few months. They canceled my checking account without notice and gave no reason as to why. Shooed me out of the branch. Staffis useless and does nothing to resolve the issues. Dont put your money anywhere near this place.
