“Great storage facility. Wonderful staff, easy access. Always clean. We don’t normally give storage spaces reviews but I thought that this one deserved it. It is conveniently located on the south side of Eau Gallie Blvd. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have been storing our extra materials here for several years and have never seen it dirty on any floor. I really like this place and hope anyone with storage needs will utilize their storage spaces.”

“We rented a U-Haul truck from this Palm Bay location. Doug Gertzen, Store Manager, was the Associate handling our rental agreement. He presented himself with excellent customer service and managerial skills. He was very friendly, polite, kind and helpful! Doug was a great guy and did what he could to help us save as much money as we could. I would, definitely, recommend using this Palm Bay location, if you need to rent a U-Haul or Storage unit, in the Palm Bay and/or Melbourne locations. Doug Gertzen is, also, a very informative and knowledgeable person, providing us with directions, as well as, answering other questions. Thanks again, Doug! We appreciated your help and time!!”

“Penske is always good and cheaper than the competition. We’ve used them for several long moves. An example we moved from Southern Utah to Palm Bay, Florida with a 16’ truck and car dolly with unlimited mileage for $2500, UHaul was $5900+, PODS and moving companies were nearly as expensive at $4k +. The truck had less than 20k miles and we averaged 12 mpg, you can’t do that in aU-Haul.”

They have unrestricted free wifi access, a community free exchange area where you can leave no longer wanted items for others to make use of and save from going into a landfill and they treat you how you treat them. “Recently had a LONG day moving a full truck ~12 hours down the interstate. After a flub on UHaul's website & storage reservation system, this location helped us make sure we had somewhere to safely store our things. Special shout to Jay, Josh, and Tony for going above & beyond to help us while on the road! These guys made what could have been a really long night into a smooth experience.More generally: the office was well-stocked and -staffed, and the storage unit facility was clean, well-lit, and secure. We had no trouble getting in or out after office hours, and we really appreciated the free carts for loading our things. While we're hoping this will be a short stay as part of a larger move, we'll absolutely use & recommend this store in the future.”

“Renting moving trucks and trailers can sometimes be difficult at a few locations. At this location it was really easy. this location was not very busy at all I walked right in and checked in right away. I booked the trailer online about an hour ago. They had me in hooked up and on the road and maybe 15 minutes. They make returning just as easy. And if they are closed already they have spots out front for after hours return. I'd be happy to use this location again it was quiet easy to get in and out of and I took care of me quickly.”

Did NOT know that uhaul changed their truck rental strategy to be entirely online, and I am not being dramatic when I say the online check in system is the biggest steaming pile of heaping garbage I've ever experienced. CORPORATE OFFICE!!! MAKE A BACK DOOR FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BYPASS THE ONLINE ONLY CHECK IN, AND MANUALLY CHECK IN CUSTOMERS!!! I HAD TO WAIT 2 DANG HOURS TO GET MY TRUCK, YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE SMART ENOUGH AND CAPABLE ENOUGH TO CHECK SOMEONE IN. HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THEM, I WOULD'VE CANCELED MY ORDER AND TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO SOME ACTUAL TESTING AND FEEDBACK QUESTIONNAIRES BEFORE YOU FULLY IMPLEMENT A NEW SYSTEM, IT'S BUSINESS 101. JFC.”
