Rachel is a skincare expert who is awesome, knowledgeable, and provides friendly service, helping with picking out makeup care needs like mascara, concealer, and blush brushes. Donatello is an excellent and knowledgeable hairstylist and colorist. While the store can look messy sometimes and pickup orders may have issues, many customers feel really calm while shopping and are never harassed or followed around.
Stopped into Ulta today and Cindy was so helpful! She was very knowledgeable and honest with her opinions of the products. I also want to mention that the remodel looks great.
