Chris was the gentleman who took care of me. He was so knowledgeable about everything he was doing. Went out of his way to help me in so many ways and was very patient and didn't hurry on taking care of me even though other customers waiting. You don't find service, anymore, like he shows. Just wish their were more like Chris. Can't say enough good of this guy!! Thank you Chris if you ever read!

Ryan was the guy who helped me, and he was so nice and not pushy, I didn't know what phone to trade in for and he showed me my options and helped me pick which was best for my circumstances. Just the chillest guy who genuinely wanted to help me out.

Thank you Ryan for excellent customer service. You were quick and efficient. ?? highly recommend this store vs the corporate one on new haven.We left that store because the guy couldn't only not help us but didn't offer having someone more knowledgeable help so we left, I can give my money to someone that cared ☺️ like Ryan!

I had the unfortunate experience of having Spectrum internet. I found out Verizon was now in the market. I gave my sob story to Chris, Serenity and John and they fixed me up. Like night and day. Now I will let my neighbors know they have a choice!

Be careful to ask all the right questions. These Samsung folding phones are prone to break. Fixing them can cost more than you might expect. Paying insurance will cost you every bit as much.

Can NOT say enough good things about store manager Chris!! He enjoys his job & customers, has so much knowledge that he willingly shares, and helps you with everything--even if YOU'RE NOT tech savvy, and/or a Baby Boomer- like me!!!!! He also listens ( a rarity these days) to help you pick best phone & plan for you!!! --- Only issue I found, and NOT his fault, is that if you purchase accessories there , they are more expensive(at Verizon store ) than the selling prices on Pen Gear, etc...websites. KUDOS Chris, you are a definite asset to the company and customers for being you & working hard!!!!

I was having a major issue with my phone. This store was the first one I saw. From the time I walked in to the time I left, my sales rep, Chris, was exceptional!He answered all of my questions, wasn't pushy. He was very patient & helpful. I will be going back to this store again ?
