“First time visiting this location in Doral and first time customer today 4/11/2024. I came to this location because a buyer wanted to complete a transfer and background check here. Upon arrival I was greeted by Ryan, which had great customer service by providing detailed information along with co partner Cesar. It was my first time doing a transfer and both of them ensure me this was a smooth process and safe environment. Jordi was the gentleman that completed the process and provided myself and the buyer the step by step process. All 3 gentleman had great customer service and were willing to assist and answer all my questions today. They do gunsmith and customization, which I will look forward to very soon.
