I live in Ft. Lauderdale and rarely travel south of the our airport, but I was very happy I broke tradition and drove to Miami to buy my first guayabera shirt. The experience was totally great. I was greeted by a very nice Julietta. I asked for Marta and she came from the back right away. I told her what I wanted which was a short sleeve guayabera in linen. We first tried a small, but it was too small. The medium fit like a glove. The quality of the linen and the workmanship I think are superior. I love the 4 pockets and the pleats on the front and back are very nice looking. I chose a beige shirt but the light blue came in a close second. They also had an orange color and green one also that looked very interesting. The store was very clean and well laid out and quite tidy. After I left I wish I would have stayed longer just to look around and to talk to Marta. She was extremely nice to me. I found her to be gracious with a nice sense of humor. I went with my husband and our friends, and our friend ended up buying a white short sleeve cotton guayabera. We are both happy with our purchase and our experience. I drove 40 miles to get there but I'm already anxious to go again sometime.

Had an excellent experience and customer service by Martha. I have purchased multiple guayaberas for my father and each time I have contacted Martha for her assistance. The quality of the garments and the customer service is top notch ! Thank you.

Great place for guayaberas! The only place you need to go to for a guayabera. Martica and Julieta are amazing and will help you with anything you need. I love this place!

I had a great experience at this store and I have to say I wasn’t the easiest person to deal with. I was looking for something very specific, a guayabera for a wedding gift and the employees there were extra patient with me showing me a lot of option and making sure I found exactly what I needed. The quality of the guayaberas are amazing so I decided to get one for myself as well.If you are looking to get an authentic Cuban guayabera this is the place.

Very bad customer service. First off, the person working there was sitting in her car and only walked out when my husband walked to the store front. When inside, she was very dismissive and condescending to my husband, who has been going to that store for over 20 years!!! Very unprofessional and a total smear to an Iconic Miami Store. Needless to say the Ramon Puig tradition has been lost.

Update 2/17: I received a notification my review has been responded to. you can see by the condescending responses this business is giving the bad reviews how they feel superior and in the right no matter what. Mocking those who had a subpar experience. It also looks like they got their relatives & friends to write 5 star reviews to push down the poor experiences so many people had. And one specifically targeting my review. Well done, Marta, well done.-Absolutely horrendous customer service.Do not recommend.I opted for an email before leaving a review and Marta called me back to offer a condescending apology. I’ve also tried to leave this review on their Facebook page but they’ve blocked me (real experience reviews get blocked). While I understand store policies, I also understand making exceptions and working with your guest. No refunds or store credits. Not even within 9 hours of purchase due to a change in plans.Marta kept mentioning to look at the receipt. When I asked, “The receipt that is printed after purchase to see the policy?”, her story changed that the employees always mention this policy before purchase (absolutely did not happen). Marta did mention that if it was 3 hours later, she would accept the return. But she cannot go against the policy after 3 hours. The return would’ve been sooner if the store didn’t close at 4pm and the shirt was purchased at 3:30pm. Arrival time to return was two hours after they opened the next day. Almost $200 for one shirt that will sit in a closet because she is unwilling to run a simple transaction.Marta mentioned that this return policy is in place due to Covid-19… and because people try to return after wearing the shirts.. but that they can exchange the shirt…. See how the math isn’t adding up?The tone is completely condescending and the story changes with each sentence. I work in customer service and though the customer is not always right. This is not the way to run a business nor treat your patrons.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Do not recommend. I opted for an email before leaving a review and Marta called me back to offer a condescending apology. I don't need a back rub, I need a refund. Louis Puig is the creator/owner of Club Space, Wynwood Factory, and I'm sure others. Louis, you can afford better and more honest customer service than this. I've also tried to leave this review on their Facebook page but they've blocked me (real experience reviews get blocked). No refunds or store credits. Not even within 9 hours of purchase due to a change in plans. Marta kept mentioning to look at the receipt. When I asked, "The receipt that is printed after purchase to see the policy?", her story changed that the employees always mention this policy before purchase (absolutely did not happen). I spoke with Marta (in charge of the store) and she did mention that if it was 3 hours later, she would accept the return. But she cannot go against the policy after that. The return would've been sooner if the store didn't close at 4pm and the shirt was purchased at 3:30pm. Arrival time to return was two hours after they opened the next day. Almost $200 for one shirt that will sit in a closet because she is unwilling to run a simple transaction. She also mentioned that this return policy is in place due to Covid-19... and that people try to return after wearing the shirts.. but that they can exchange.... See how the math isn't adding up? The owners are out of the country because their family is very ill. What this over share has to do with this transaction. I don't know. I work in customer service and though the customer is not always right. This is not the way to run a business nor treat your patrons.
