βThe costumer services great but the bakery so bad I was bought apple ? muffins and carrots ? muffins but unfortunately both don't have savory very bad this bakery that publix makes. In my opinion this personal don't know how to make bakery thanksβ

βThe store associates Jennifer, and Josh, are both extremely helpful and thoughtful of my 80 year old mom. I don't live locally so it is very reassuring to know that she has people at her local grocery store looking out for her who know her when I happen to be visiting and visiting the store with her. I am grateful she has such a great store with wonderful associates nearby.β

βRemember this face and name "Shettleton" the next time you want the best customer service and cuts of meat. Pinecrest Milam's was my fourth and final stop after visiting and calling three other butchers. I was either told they did not have a small size of brisket or tried to sell me on another cut of meat altogether. Frustrated, I headed over to Milam's. They have everything and are always helpful. As soon as I walked up to meat counter, I was politely greeted by Shettleon. He listened patiently and asked all the right questions. I described exactly what I had in mind. He asked me to give him a moment. When he returned, in his hands was the most beautiful brisket. The size and description were exact as though I had showed him a picture. He is wonderful. :). Thank you also to the gentleman waiting in line for his helpful cooking tips.β
βIt's good; the prices are always reasonable, and the products are fresh. The only downside is that it doesn't have a good managerβif you have an issue, they won't help you at all.β

βWell in another location ( undisclose) they didn't have several items.I wanted a particular Bogo so when I went to Douglas they had PLENTY indore flavors to choose.The other items were available too.I have a very courteous team member helping me as well..I definitely won't go back to the other 3 Publix on my area .Only to the Douglas location.

βA well-stocked supermarket in a shopping center. In addition to the usual packaged goods, there are also counters with fresh products and a pharmacy.
There is plenty of parking space. The staff is friendly.β
βIs a little expensive some times but if you get bogo is good the stre is always clean and every employee knows where everything is and they go out of their ways to helpβ
βI call it my Publix, I like the meat department and vegetables, easy to walk and find what Iβm looking for, the guys that work there are very nice and helpful. The international department a little poor and the cheese department as well. Bread had become a disaster, I used to love it, but since now itβs biological engineered, it is the end for me. Beer and liquor itβs ok, deli department needs to be more tidy. Some of the cashiers are very nice, some are not so. In general itβs a good place, some prices are very high others are moderate.β

Huge malls and nowhere for older shoppers who make up the bulk of daytime shoppers.
Your KARMA is that one day you'll be old too with heart and lung problems like the majority of seniors.
For some old people going shopping is the only time they get out of the house and meet their neighbours to talk but let's make sure there's no loitering ok.

βVery nice and clean and the employees are there to assist you when needed, but I went to the deli and got me some food to eat and it was fresh nice and hot and I really enjoyed itβ
βBertha is usually who I go to check out and sheβs always very helpful, nice and treats me with positive vibes, as well as everyone else Iβve seen her cashing out. Today Mathew really helped me pick out some new greens and informed of a lot of healthier suggestions I decided to give it a try.β

βGreat experience, well stocked, clear and orderly. Nice to see that Publix finally got it in providing a shopping experience worth going back too. They even have a decent wine selection. I was happy to fine and bought a bottle of the Prisoner red blend and to make it even more special the small bottle was available. I highly recommend this particular store.β

βIf you are looking for a replacement for Publix go elsewhere. The place is older but they do have all the existential.Lots of fruits, vegetable and meat options. This is the one place you will find organ meats, hearts livers, pigs feet and bulk meats as well.Prices are better than Publix but you will not get the ambience.They also have a good variety of cafeteria food as well.To me it's worth it just for the specialty meats.β

βI recently visited the store from out of town and had an unfortunate situation where I lost my car rental keys. The managers and staff went above and beyond to help me. They were able to watch the video to confirm I had my keys and help me retrace my steps. The staff looked through every single flower bunch as I spent most of my time in the flower section. They even went as far as getting on the floors and shining flashlights to see if they could find the keys. Unfortunately, we werenβt able to find the keys but I am beyond grateful for the time and effort the staff put in to help me. Thank You Publix Staff!β
