“Yesterday my wife and I took our 2-year-old dog, Ivory, to VCA Cabrera for a checkup, allergy and influenza shots, and a few other things. We were taken care of by Gloria, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was a pleasure to talk to, and thoroughly explained everything Ivory was receiving and broke the costs down in a clear, simple way. Gloria has such a natural way with animals; Ivory felt completely safe while getting her shots. She went above and beyond to make the whole experience positive.
The rest of the staff who helped with check-in and check-out were equally professional and welcoming, which clearly reflects the culture set by the owner, whom we also had the pleasure of meeting. We highly recommend this VCA location. Thank you for everything you do for the animals and their families.”

“I am new to Miami and found this clinic by searching online and seeing their positive reviews, and I have to say, they certainly live up to their praise. My cat needed medical care and the whole process was amazing from begining to end. All the stuff are exceptional, but especially Carla at the front desk. She had a kind smile and demostrated care and empathy, putting me at ease when I was anxious and things seened so dire, keeping me informed every step of the way. The wait was minimal, the place is immaculate, they are bilingual, and treated my pet like royalty. Dr. Palacios is who took good care of my cat and thanks to him, she is recovering well from surgery and in no more pain. He personally spoke to me and provided me with all the feedback I needed to leave feeling at peace. It is no wonder they have been voted twice, The Best in Florida, by Florida Guide, both in 2025 and 2026, because this team knows how to go above and beyond. “Bunch of incredibly kind professionals here — brought my recently adopted street cat for his first general health check here and they voided the consultation cost because he was a stray; they also correctly prescribed him a corticosteroid for his skin condition on the first try. All the folk that work here are very evidently passionate about animal care and are very sweet when handling pets. Their pricing is also very reasonable and their annual feline/canine memberships really do make financial sense if you’re going to be taking your pet in regularly for care as one should.”
