In-store customer service was amazing… I’ve been shopping with 5.11 for many years only to learn that now the corporate stores are no longer offering year-round military discounts where they once were. It is only offered at select times during the year. 5.11 used to be a very strong supporter of the US Military. If you Purchase items online using ID me you can still apply your military discount, but you can no longer receive a military discount in the corporate stores within their allotted time frames. Sad to see that.

Needed a duty belt for work and it was easy to find and had the size and color I needed. Noticed they had lots of stuff but was in rush to look around. Looking forward to look around next time without any rush.

I'm giving 4/5 because of the prices. Everything and I mean everything is so damn expensive. I believe you get what you pay for but if you plan on shopping here you better have plenty of extra money to spend.

Love the selections in the store, the prompt attention from the staff and you cant beat the occasional discounts given by email. You cant beat actually being in the store to touch,feel and actually see the quality items first hand. No pressure from sales staff and always one nearby.
