After the new management this 7-11 can’t do half of the things the old management used to do. Don’t know how to use their equipment properly and have poor customer service and sell undercook pizza. What’s the point in buying a pizza and having them cook it if they don’t know what they doing. Been going there for years. Not no more.

I am going to start tracking every time i drive to this gas station and pump don't work or they have no Gas, or the new one store close signs on door. I just need gas, going to racetrack again even and 7 eleven is omw home. Just silly

HORRIBLE SERVICE .
My total came out to $5.60. I gave the cashier a $1 bill and a $20 so I could get 10’ or 5’s back . Instead he gave me the r some change back which waslike 50 cent . I told him he gave me the wrong change and he continued to say no he didn’t which he really did . I asked to speak with a manager and to see the cameras . He told me No . He said there wasn’t one on the shift I have to come in the morning . I told him no because i don’t stay on that side of town and I work in the Morning . I need my money now. It’s not my fault they messed up giving me my correct change which was supposed to be $15. . Him and the other dude who claimed he was a manager was very rude and dishonest . I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS 7/11! ALWAYS SOME BS .

I was just in there won $30 off monopoly $20 ticket I asked for 2 more $20 tickets I gave him and extra $20 because the tickets come up to $40 the cashier give me 2 $10 tickets and only gives me $10 back and now they not even answering the phone.

Place is trash can’t get an Uber eats order right. Multiple times I’ve gotten things that I didn’t order and they constantly don’t have things in stock.

I stopped here to get gas and play lottery numbers. Upon entering I was greeted with a big smile and a cheerful hello by a man, who I later found out his name is Hareish, sorry if I mispelled his name lol, just wanted to give him a shout out he is incredible, they definitely got it right with him imo. I'm just a customer, no one special, but people deserve to get good customer service when they spend their money and he nailed it. Thank you so much Hareish.
