They should put a person to supervise this place because there is a woman, I think she is Indian, who is demanding money from my son and my husband when we use the bathroom. She asked us for $10 dollars and $5 for my husband and when we paid she told us to give her money as a tip? What a shame ???

Refuse to honor discounts posted all over store even with phone number on screen at checkout. "Buy two get$1.50 off" clerk stared at me like I was the idiot when he couldn't push some buttons to make it happen.

I asked someone of apparent Indian nationality about the manager and he told me it was him. That person treated me very badly when asking him some questions about his products. Many of them are apparently on sale but they charge you differently at the checkout. It's a bad place.

This is such a horrible 7-11 the cashier needs be terminated asap!! Super disrespectful when cashing out, I left my products on the counter he expected me to grab it & pick up every product so he can scan it and ring me out. It looks as if he does not want to work. Please reach out to me because this needs to be resolved. The photo attached is the employee with the most disgusting attitude.

This is the baddest 7 eleven I have ever been to and they are the rudest people I have ever encountered. The shift on 11/23 at 7:30 pm a short fat man who looked drunk and one with a beard and long hair were indu Treating everyone in front of me badly and when it was my turn it was worse. I can have almost the same opinion as everyone, I have been visiting this place for several years, I always try to be happy with everyone and maybe I can understand the nightly worker for a few months now, but I think that if he doesn't want to work it's It's better to stay at home so the company doesn't lower ratings.
Sorry for the opinion, for my part I appreciate everyone's service, but there comes a limit at which one cannot tolerate certain services

I just went to the 7-Eleven and this guy it was so rude I don't know how come they have people like this man he don't wanna work bad service Bad customer service

Bad service, this guy always has an attitude, he doesn't want to work apart. Bad attitude, I asked him for my receipt because my company pays me for it or he told me not to give it to him so I could leave?????

The looks of the outside is probably the best thing this store has. Once you get inside it is very dirty and something is always broken. They always have caution sign on the ground for broken cabinets or shelves. Instead of picking them up they just leave them on the ground. There is always stains of coffee or soda running down the counters. And the one time I told an employee that they had expired food items she yelled at me. I will NEVER return to this 7-11. This place is disgusting!

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a 711. On 7/20/23 at 10:30pm I had the rudest cashier on the planet. He was rude, yelled at me and I will never be back. Get rid of him. 1 star for the crisp soda.

This specific store location is horrible. Staff member are constantly rude! And when you have problems with a gas pump or something inside the store and you ask for help they become even more upset. Im not a fan of even doing reviews but this store really pushed it. Corporate needs to step in this store.
