Terrible service, the charge an extra 150 for no reason, I moved 8 minutes away. The workers stayed at the gas station for over q hr and charged me for no reason, they scratched my furniture and ruined my floors.

Do not recommend. Asked them to move my two-bedroom apartment, locked in a date, then at the last minute they changed the date because THEY were overbooked. They refused to correct the issue and not only promised me that I would not miss work on the rescheduled date but they took 9 HOURS. Needless to say, I missed work, and an entire day was wasted. Also, they sent over 3 guys, two of them had to continuously help the third guy as he was an older gentleman. That older man continuously asked me for things, the weirdest being milk. They repeatedly dropped boxes down the stairs and wouldn't say anything, but would bring small pointless items that they broke to my attention to act like they were showing me everything that was breaking. Let's also not forget to mention that there is one guy answering the phones and most of the time he doesn't feel like even doing that so you are SOL if you have any questions, concerns, or comments, but he's right on time with a call to collect his money and ask for a tip.

Selected A+ for relocation based upon Peter Friedman's competitive quote. Later A+ came back and demanded more money. Phone calls not returned, extra charges, damaged goods, and it took four weeks to move goods from Seattle to Chicago. A+ was a huge disappointment. Do not use!!!!

I would not recommend this moving company. I used this company based on a few of the reviews I read to my mistake. I was provided with two movers. Although the movers were nice, they did not appear to be experienced with moving items to a storage facility. Not only did they not know how to properly load a truck, one of the elderly, yes elderly movers put my wood coffee table on the truck with no cover, no wrapping, no nothing on its side. The wood was exposed to the metal flooring of the truck and the coffee table actually has wheels. They did the same thing to two of my wood books shelves. The elderly man (55+), kept stalling unless I walked into the room he was in. So I literally had to follow him everywhere. They moved so slow that after an hour of lollygagging, I stated that I'm not paying for more than 3 hours, so let's get moving. I literally had to help them unload at the stairwell facility because they would only put one to two items on the carts. It was ridiculous. The elderly gentleman kept dropping things and bumping into the walls or other objects with my furniture and boxes. This was at my house and more so at the storage facility. Apparently, when leaving my home heading to the storage facility, they ran over my mailbox which now has to be replaced since it was destroyed. The manager Kevin, is aware of this and was provided the invoice from the HOA authorized mailbox supplier. Kevin is now being non responsive. Legal action will be ensued. Be careful if you do choose to use this company.

if I could I would give them 0 rating because this company is a third party vendor ,
I use them to move my things from new jersey to dallas tx.
I dont understand how they got all these positive review but I guess it their staff writting all those reviews.
Please run and dont waste your money
They will give you a quote and when the driver come it will be double the price they gave you
As if that's not enough when it was time for delivery 1 box was missing from my boxes ,my fridge was damage inside, my bed legs was missing ,tv stand screws was no where to be found,even my son bunk bed was damage too had to spend extra money to get it fixed but the rest of my things they damage is still there cuz i dont know what to do about it alot of my stuff damage and when I called at first they said am lying but eventually they gave me a number to file a claim and I did my case was assign to a claim manager but after that the manager doesnt pick nor respond to both my calls and mail please dont use them they will persuade you but once you made that payment thats it they wont pick your calls anymore once you have issue,it been over 2 months and nothing was done about my things.

Don't waste your time with this company. They will tell you one price and then when they get to your house they will charge you more. They told me 7-21 business days and I didn't get my stuff for 2 months. Our stuff got picked up 1/11 and we were going out of town 2/26- we told them if out stuff wasn't there before then they were going to have to wait until we go back on 2/28- oh no of course not- they called on 2/26 and told us we needed to be home on 2/27 or they we were going to get charged. So unprofessional. No customer service and no follow up. Our stuff took 2 months. Do not use this company and do not trust Clark or that woman in the office. They just tell you what you want to hear.

Booked a move online tried to cancel and was told the 72 hours had passed and couldn't get my money back I missed it by a day not knowing signed contract on my cell phone (tiny print)not a moving company but a broker.they don't own any trucks
So before you think about hiring these fraudsters check with the
USDOT and the BBB

Avoid by all means. They delete the 1 star reviews and pay for bots to leave 5 star reviews. They'll do whatever to get you to pay your deposit and will ghost you until they are within the 72 hour window once the deposit is non-refundable. They are brokers, not movers. Please look elsewhere. Finally got my refund back through my credit card company after 2 months of disputes.

READ THIS DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY. SUE THEM. Don't listen to the good reviews, as you can see that good ones are posted after authenic bad ones.
We had two different brokers speak to us and then they gave us two different deposit charges which equated to about $1,100 that we didn't need to pay if we had went through a moving company. They weren't very clear with the contract and the charges and were very sneaky. The second broker we spoke to checked our inventory and charged us an extra 1700 because we "needed a bigger truck". When the truck came they came a lot later than we had requested. Also we didn't even use about half the truck!! Why did they charge us more for a bigger truck!! We had anticipated to leave at 12pm at the latest but the movers came a little late and we left at 10 p.m. at night (we still had a seven hour drive to do) The movers were nice but took their time and chated a lot, even left the place a mess and took 5 hours to pack everything. (We only had a 1 bedroom apartment) They even broke some of our things along the way already and bent our fragile boxes. They didn't tell us that they would charge us an extra 1500 to have our things shipped the next day which we weren't aware of and all throughout the whole process. I think we paid an extra $2000 at least with this broker company. I should've listened to the bad reviews before going with them. I will file a business claim. Overall this is a horrible company and A Plus Moving solution should not be allowed to do business as they're not giving the right information and scan you.
They do not do any research on the movers they provide and they just take your money in the process and then they ghost you and cut off communication with you and the order. They keep postponing a certain request or they circle around refunds without really giving you one. They didnt even explain the refund policy when requested. They keep making excuses and make a lot of fake promises. Their tarriff discount is a total lie as they pump the discount back in through the deposits you pay, hence there are no discounts. Their company is a complete lie and should be sued and shut down. With the deposits you pay, you're basically paying them to book a your move with an unprofessional, low quality company. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau. A plus solutions...should be called F plus. We paid for a whole truck but didn't use it and we couldn't get refunded for the space we didnt use. The brokers names were Michael and Chase.

In January we paid a dept of $1300 and never heard back from them. The end of June before our move date we had to cancel called and had to e- mail them. A week later we call and thry said they never got. So as of today we have been told two different things 1) they are putting back on our cry card. 2 ) they can not put back on our credit card but mailing a check. Well no check they block our calls and do not call back.

Do not hire them. I have received my stuff yet since 6/10/2022 pick up date now it’s 9/20/2022. I have report to police & Florida state attorney, this broker out source my moving to another company which I didn’t get any of my eta answer at all. I have been very patiently waiting for them, I’m taking matters into my own now. My family been living like a homeless, we have lost the use of all our properties… I can’t believe there are moving scammer out there to get thousands of our hard earn money.????????????????????????????
