Called 4 times, rang, no one picked it up. Google showed it was open. I visited the place, which I got confused as it looks like the shop is in the front of the building, but it's not. At least there's a sign on the door that tells you where it may be, no problem, I walked over and opened the door. A representative was watching his phone "lacking the attitude of wanting to work" if you know what I mean. I asked for a price in a service. Representative gives me the price on computer. All good there, I bounced. The price is the same as quoted by the dealer. A suggestion to make things more appealing to a customer is to probably charge a bit less than the dealership and for training or common sense in customer service, we can start by saying or replying -Good morning, afternoon, etc.

I paid $325 for 24 oz of Freon for my AC, and they returned my car without fixing the issue. They kept the car all day and then asked me to come back the next day to leave it again for a full day. We need to find out what the actual problem is.
I wish I could give zero stars, but since that's not an option, I have to select one. My experience with this company has been disappointing. They lack transparency and provide no explanations for their actions. Additionally, their pricing feels excessively high and unfair. I would not recommend them at all.

While it appears they addressed the issue with my car, I was really disappointed with the way the car was returned to me. There were numerous grease stains on the interior door, and the driver's seat was filthy. Luckily I have seat covers that I was able to wash, but if I didn't it would have ruined the leather.
Further I had about 200+ miles of gas left in the tank when I dropped it off, and they returned it to me with 14 miles left. I understand that they need to drive the car to diagnose issues and confirm fixes, but 200 miles seems quite excessive, especially since they diagnosed the car on a Thursday and told me parts wouldn't be in until the following Tuesday. They did repairs and finished diagnostics on Wednesday and told me to pick it up Thursday morning when they would reassemble the vehicle. Not sure how they racked up 200 miles when it supposedly was undriveable Friday through the following Wednesday.
On a positive note, the front office guy was nice enough, and the tech came out and explained to me about what they did, what they found, and what they fixed.

Spend 4,100 few days later a leak where they had work, they fixed it; didn't replaced the oil they took out to work on seals the car over heated and stalled out they picked it up and admitted it was their fault and replace the oil( should of got their confection on paper)THIS ALL HAPPEN WHITHIN2 WEEKS OF SPENDING 4,100 DOLLARS, the car made small sound 3 month later according to them they didn't replace 2 gears where I asked them to replaced everything; excuses ,they wrote the book on them, now the manager had quit the one now is much of the same and want to charge me 3,900 for going back to the same area and put the last 2 things they didn't put, ofcourse they didn't so I would have to go back, they only appear honest but they aren't not.
If you don't want head ache find some where else they're only looking for a payday.
I don't recommend them.

My2006 Ford Freestyle transmission went out on Easter Sunday. I took it to AAMCO Transmission on April 1st and they gave me the bad news. On April 11th , I finally picked up my car . Thinking my car was healthy , within the next 2weeks the transmission light went on and they had to tow my car 2 times back and claimed on the second towing they had found the problem with and ignition coil and a brand new set of sparkplugs. That was April 25th. Then on May 3rd the "wrenchlight " transmission light went on again, So, My car was towed on May 3rd ( 3 times now ) . By the time it was May 7th and supposedly doing diagnostic testing which I was told " takes time " they had not found an asnwer. It is now May 7th and I had enough and picked up my car and prayed I got home safely, which I did. AAMCO had it 4days and still answer ! IN Summary , between April 11th to May 7th with paying on 2 invoices , car rentals and Uber , I spent $ 8500.00 !! I really want my money back. Nice people but they didn't get the job done or they are incompetent ! I was taken!!! . Maybe other AAMCO's are good but stay away from 845 N Military Tr in West Palm Beach. $ 8500.00 spent and the " wrench transmission light " never fixed. My car is too risky to drive because when the light goes on the car deaccelerates, very dangerous.

I brought my F150 to AAMCO for a transmission flush and filter change. Their was transmission fluid leaking all over my drive way. I called them and brought the viechle in and they said it was leaking and not caused by them. The viechle was not leaking until AAMCO did work on it. The next day I brought it to Ford and they said it was over filled with transmission fluid. Gross negleance on AAMCOS part for not checking the dip stick on the transmission. Ford said that the transmission fluid is not bright red. Meaning it was not flushed and I was scammed by AAMCO. AAMCO has in the cause of them destroying my viechle by overfilling the transmission fluid as the first issue. Also, the transmission gauge on the dash board no longer works. The only thing AAMCO is in business for is destroying peoples viechles.

Calvin was easy to reach and very helpful. I would recommend these guys to anybody!! Just not this week cause I’m taking my truck in now!! Lol!!

Infuriating. Explained to these guys on the phone that my transmission was acting up. Explained everything that was going on with it. Explained that it revs really hard on gears 1, 2 and 3, and often doesn't shift out of 3rd gear. I get notifications on the dashboard that the transmission is overheating. Told them all this. They came back and told me the transmission needs to be replaced.
I Explained that wasn't financially possible for me and asked if they were able to address the problems listed above, the problems that I initially brought it in for. They said "yeah we'll get it fixed up with the exception of the car not being able to go in Reverse. Also the battery needs to be replaced". No problem.
I get the car back and the car is still having the same problems that it was having when I brought it in. It starts now but the transmission wasn't fixed at all whatsoever. Still getting the transmission overheating notification and it often doesnt shift out of 3rd gear. The bill was $636. I paid $636 for a battery to be replaced. Useless garage. I beg you, go somewhere else.
Also, attached is a photo of my bill where I was charged 300 bucks for a battery. When I saw this initially and asked if I could bring my own battery and just pay for labor, I was told no.

I brought my 2006 Chevy Silverado in for an AC issue. The service manager Randle explained what was needed and gave me an expected timeframe for completion. Other than a parts delay my car was returned with the AC working and the interior still clean. Cleanliness was an issue at other automotive repair shops.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my service experience at AAMCO. It helps when the first point of contact (Manager Randle) was very professional and clear as to what was needed to complete the job.
I would recommend this location for your automotive repairs.
