DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE! Very unprofessional, management is out of control and I’m just glad my car made it out alive, I’ve never had a problem with AAMCO but the west palm beach location is so horrible I had to take it to another location after getting work done which is OUTRAGEOUS!

Had a check engine light on and I knew the error code. They checked all that was needed and made the repair. Very professional. Told me the range for the cost. Prices are great! No sticker shock and clear communication

I took my Toyota camry 2014 for a transmission issue on 07/01/22. They diagnosed it then they suggested the transmission needs to be rebuilt. They asked me for $1500 to start working on it, then they said it is cheaper to replace the transmission which will cost $5000 in total for parts and labor. I agreed for the price then in the middle of work, they tried to charge me over $6000; $350 to reprogram it and $1200 for something else. They ended up overcharging me $5712.11. When I received the car on Saturday 7/16/22 the transmission wasn't working like a new one which I paid for. I checked on CarFax, and I found out, they did not replace my transmission as they said they would. Here's what I found on CarFaxServices Performed• Vehicle serviced• Maintenance inspection completed• Transmission fluid flushed• Transmission removed and reinstalled• Rear crankshaft oil seal replaced• Fluids checked• Transmission checkedI was still experiencing the same issues, so I brought the car back for the 3rd time where they finally replaced the transmission on 08/03/22 after 1 month back and forth which cost me over a thousand of dollars for Uber rides. From the beginning, they were dishonest with me over the price, the repair, and each time, I returned the car, they always gave me excuses and never fixed it right until I posted a review where the owner/General Manager test-drove the car to make sure it worked.I am very disappointed for all the ordeal that I had to go through.I do not recommend Aamco of West Palm Beach to anyone because they will screw you over. They sabotaged my car by loosening the pinion bolts which were making noise when I rotated the wheel.Integrity is very important for a business to operate, but they do not have that.Service: Transmission replacement

I entrusted my vehicle to AAMCO in West Palm Beach for necessary repairs. After an entire year, not only was the original problem left unresolved, but the prolonged exposure to the elements while under their care resulted in additional damage. 1. **Quality of Work**: When I finally retrieved my vehicle, I was met with new issues - detached body panels, chipped paint with evident rust, and disorganized, dangling wires. Plus, they never resolved the original task. As I inspected the vehicle more closely as home, I found more broken components which clearly took place while in their care. 2. **Professionalism**: There seemed to be a high turnover of technicians throughout the year. The vehicle was returned with parts haphazardly left in the passenger seat, a clear indication of the lack of thoroughness. 3. **Cleanliness**: The interior was neglected and returned in a deplorable state, a direct consequence of prolonged outdoor storage. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. It's one thing to not be able to address the initial problem but to incur further damage is inexcusable and to have paid them a siginicant amount of money to find a solution. While AAMCO enjoys a reputable name, this particular branch fell dramatically short of expectations. I advise potential customers to think twice before seeking service here. I have tried to reach out to corporate as well, but seem to be ignored. Thinking about taking legal action. Would wish they would offer a reasonable settlement.

I have been a loyal customer here since 2011. unfortunately the service center had gone to shit! whever you schedule a apt for oil or recall they cancel you days before threw a text message. when you call no one answers the phone they send you to voicemail. you can never speak with a live person. I've been canceled three times already and they say it's due to a shortage of staff and overbooking, loos like you need to hire people and you call center has no idea what there doing with booking. this is ridiculous and not how this dealership should be running. worst service! never buying a car from this place again.

Aamco on 845 military trail WPB is the worst, most unprofessional auto repair business. Mike the so called manager is a scammer who only lies when he opens his mouth. I paid $6K for a new transmission after leaving the car with them for 1 month, only to pick the car up and drive 2 miles to be towed home. After that I had to get the car towed back to these lowlifes to find out that I need a new engine because they didn't didn't refill oil and seized the engine. Mike said oh wel, it's an engine issue now abs it looks like you need a new one, $14,000. You can't make this up. Anyway, presently filing with attorney and reported to BBB.
