I put a deposit down on a product, I wanted to do my application all online, they told me that they couldn't do it all online and that i needed to come in the store, I work during there business hours, so I went to rent a center because they worked with me, then i asked for my deposit back and they told me they weren't going to refund my deposit of 25 dollars. If they do business like this, I guess I paid 25 to learn that you don't want to do business with this company!!!!! Learn from my mistake and go some where else!!!!!!
Update once this was read, they refunded my deposit. Thank u corporate!!!

They harass you with phone calls even if you tell them your going to pay they will call your family and friends and harass them to very bad service never shopping there again

We are very disappointed, we bought a bedroom set and when we got it home, it came with damage, the dresser and the backrest, I spoke to the saleswoman and she said she would change it, the people from the moving truck, I don't know what they said to the woman who called my husband angrily and started yelling at him saying that what we had done was ridiculous, and my husband said if we are going to pay 3000 thousand dollars for furniture that is damaged, don't you think that the minimum is that they come in good condition?? And she was furious, a terrible experience, according to her the hair dresser will arrive in 15 days, before we had made a purchase of a bunk bed with mattresses why would my daughters come from far away, it took a month and a half for it to arrive, according to them, at In the end we had to go personally to say that we no longer wanted it, and that's why we decided to buy the room set so as not to lose the money paid, and I looked at what happened, plus one of the truck loaders when it arrived, He parked next to the house, mine because my car was in the parking lot, I asked him if he would run it and he said no, he started to assemble the iron base of the bed in front of my car, and suddenly he stopped. He released one of the bars and it fell on my car, damaging it. At the end of everything I spoke to the man in the truck and told him that he had to pay me for the repair. He didn't refuse. Pere didn't apologize nor did he acknowledge that he had He was wrong...I found it very rude on his part...well now I have an empty room and I will have to sleep somewhere else since I and my husband have nowhere to sleep, I await your response and not a solution...

My rental experience with this company has been nothing but great! Anytime I have had questions or concerns about my account, they are always willing to help me understand. The salesperson Micheal deserves a raise and a promotion. He is caring, customer friendly, and goes beyond the call of duty when assisting me with my account. Today marked my early buy-out date. Last week I spoke with Micheal to confirm the early buy-out date. He advised me. Then today reached out to me to remind me again, because he remembered our conversation last week, and knew I had planned on paying my account off in full by the deadline date. Who could ask for better customer service? The Customer Service here is top of the line. Everyone in the store are an amazing team!!! Keep up the good work, because good customer service is hard to come find nowadays.
