Ive been a traveler for a long time, business and pleasure. This was the first time I've ever rented form 'second tier'. This trip was a hopsice situation I had to extend every day cause only God was setting schedule. These guys were easy to deal with and didn't hit me up with higer charges to extend like first tier. Same patient but earlier this year I had a first tier car and they actually had me return it instead of extending, when I got to the lot there were more cars than spaces and they were in side street- no explanation of why I had to return car to extend- but that a different review, you know who you are.Anyway, bottom line in PBI I will ALWAYS use ACE. Takes an extra couple minutes shuttle but these guys are great to deal with, great prices, and great cars.

Ace Rent A Car was awesome. I made a last minute reservation with Ace for a mid sized SUV. I must admit that I had never used Ace before, and some of the online reviews were concerning. But, the price was right so I took my chances. The overall customer experience was excellent. The reviews must have been dated, or wrong. We showed up at the counter and Nelson took great care of us. No pressure to upgrade, and seeing that I had a group of five and their luggage to get to Boca, Nelson called up their largest, newest, midsized SUV. Travel is such a hassle these days. It was so refreshing to have such great experience with Ace. Looking forward to seeing you guys again next time.

My wife and I picked a rental car today and had the pleasure of dealing with the owner. This car rental business has been around since the 1940s I instantly appreciated his knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism. This is not the norm in the car rental business. I recommend anyone needing to rent a small compact to a luxury car in the Palm Beach, Florida area to check out this business.

i have only great things to say about datura, i keft my louis vutton messenger bag in a loaner jaguar the other day and it contain the most important papers i probably actually own and i received an amazing phone call promptly the next day, yesterday telling be it is being placed away in the safe and not to fear that all will be ok, i have tried to reach out today to then since i didn't make it last night to rturn the car, so hopefully they see this and know that i wiill be later today to obtain my items and to return thier jaguar xe thanks datura your a class act, mr. gretchyn

Excellent car rental company. They are a family owned business that is an ACE rental car affiliate but unlike many ACE companies this one is EXCELLENT. They pride themselves on customer service. Price was excellent: car was ready as promised and check out took less than 5 minutes including the car inspection. When I returned the car they quickly inspected it and drove me immediately to the airport. The manager David gave me his card and recommended I book directly with him in the future. He said they can accommodate arrivals "after hours" too.

Customer service here was amazing. We made reservation here then our flight was delayed. We called Mike and he stayed open late to pick us up from the airport and give us our rental. Beautiful car! We had a fantastic time. Highly recommend!

Ace Car Rental was superb! Prompt & Friendly service. Charlie was great. The driver who transported me to and from the airport was wonderful! Car was great! Prices reasonable. Entire experience was awesome. Would recommend and use again.

Terrible customer satisfaction.. I wish we would have never dealt with this company. As we find out years ago while in a loaner from a dealership which loaner was damaged by someone else at fault did not pay the repairs nor his insurance did. Now Jaguar of Palm Beach ( where we service our car ) is using Detura for loaner service who refused to provide us a loaner through Jaguar due to outstanding bill Detura was supposed to collect from the party at fault naturally. When the insurance declined.. as Insurance companies often due at first, Detura decided to go after us vs battle this out with the insurance co regardless of us being the victim at the accident. Now we are unable to get a loaner from Jaguar as the result. What's worse the way they communicated about us to Jaguar's service is disparaging & discrediting our good name.

Worst customer service ever. Cancelled our reservation even though we needed to get somewhere. 40 mins to come get us at the airport then when the driver showed up, he was acting like we were bothering him and would not speak to us. I refused to get in the van, cancelled my reservation and went with another rental company. Never saw customer service like this.

I got a loaner from Datura last year through a car agency. A month later I get a credit card charge ($25 administrative fee) for a .31toll. What leaves me hazy is SunPass worked fine for the next few days.
