The absolute worst AC company! They installed my unit. Nobody spoke any English whatsoever. They cracked my ceiling, while installing the unit in my attic, broke my high hats, and then refused to come back and fix them. They did not put the AC unit together properly somebody must’ve sat on it because it was a huge indent in the system, they didn’t glue any of the pieces together. Therefore the unit was not working properly. I had to call another AC company here to fix everything that Jamie‘s crew had done. Yes, they’re inexpensive but this is exactly why because they do Shawty work!

BEWARE ... NOT HONEST ... my contract included the cost of about $150 for the required permit. They never did not get a permit. When the installers came, their work order didn't include some of the items in the quote. My prior unit sat on an iron stand that rusted out. He specifically was to provide aluminum stand so it wouldn't rust out. He insisted that the one he installed was aluminum, until I pointed out that a magnet sticks to it and would not stick to aluminum. He didn't properly fix the ceiling where he brought the wires thru, and he left the FPL monitoring system disconnected, which is illegal. He also was to provide a new cover for the cold air return but never did that. He was supposed to clean the entire drain line out which had been backing up regularly, and he didn't do that. After some back and forth communication about the above problems, I decided I didn't want him to touch my unit. If you buy from him, I suggest you hold back some final payment to insure the work is done properly, because you may need to pay someone to finish up the job properly.

Had them come in for an estimate on replacing my air conditioning unit after I was given a very high price from the company who holds my appliance contract. For the exact same unit they came in almost $2000 cheaper and they work is impeccable. They even installed a new digital thermostat for free and they couldn’t have been nicer to work with.

Save your time, energy and money. This company IS A JOKE!!!! Jaime (owner, at least that's what he told us) is rude and beyond unprofessional. He convinced us to get a new air condition unit, which turns out we just needed to replace a single part but whatever. The new unit was also dinged up when it was replaced and then the new unit started not working properly either!!! He refused to send out someone to fix it, blocked our number where we had to call from different number. Honestly just save your breath and time. NOT WORTH IT!!!! 2 years later still waiting on that part that he was going to replace..... we had to pay a different air company to come fix it.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, horrible customer service experience. Technicians are not well trained.

If I could give a NO STAR review I would! This company is an absolute disgrace. I had a leak coming from my ceiling for months. My landlord hired this company to assess and repair the damage. They replaced the entire AC system with a brand new CARRIER unit and charged my landlord probably over 1k for the work, and for the past 6 months it does not work, does not blow cold air, freezes over and the leaks are still happening. They have come to the property over 20x to add freeon and never fix or are able to find the actual problem with the new unit. My landlord has asked them to honor the warranty and get a new unit but they refuse and insist there's a problem with the coil now, which I find hard to believe. I'm no expert but neither is this company or their many sub contractors that have come to my home. It's been a week now of living in 80 plus degrees with fans. I've had to pay to stay in hotels and at friend's houses. It's ridiculous. Jamie is the owner supposedly. He is non responsive he shows zero consideration and has complete lack of respect for his customers. I have spent over 30 days collectively without AC but no one cares because they are not the ones suffering with little ones at home. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Save yourself the time, money and aggravation, they are Not worth a penny.

Avoid this company they promise but DO NOT deliver. I had an HVAC unit installed and the job was not complete. They pushed and pushed for payment even though job was INCOMPLETE. There is a fire hazard in my house because they installed wrong wiring. REALLY. They have not replaced the wiring. The reviews can not be accurate.

I found this company on Angie's list as highly rated. I requested an AC expert online and within minutes Action Mechanical Contractors called us back. They came to analyze our AC issue that same day. Our unit was 15 years old and it was time for a new more energy efficient unit. They gave us a fair deal. Within a couple days we had a new AC and a very cool house.
