I went there on4/12/23 @1pm 2get a battery for my truck. I took the old one with me. I go in the store &put it on a cart. the guy ask what I need. i said a replacement battery. the guy the start asking me questions I can't understand him so I ask for a English speaking. perso. he got a attitude. &said. no one there speaks English !!!! so I tried again 2work with him. but. I still can't understand. so. I took my battery. and left. I went 2napa in &out in 10 min. I will never go back there.

Don’t go here! Didn’t tell me my battery was under warranty and charged me for a new one and then wouldn’t even put it in for me! Lazy employees just standing at the counter doing nothing & couldnt switch out my battery but of course somehow a battery fee got on my reciept!!! The definition of taking advantage of your customers! Had to go to the other Advance for them to make it right. Waste of time and Edwin is horrible!

I first went to Autozone for a battery check and potential replacement. The employee there sighed, slowly went out to my car, took a quick look and said he couldn't figure out how to test it and that he had customers inside.... So I went down the street to Advance Auto where Hammie cheerfully and quickly tested the battery no problem, then advised me on a new one. He also advised me on a product for getting a stain out of my front seat, and it worked. What a difference in customer service!

If I could I would give negative stars. I paid for and ordered parts. The receipt says it would be here on wed. It's thurs it isnt in yet. No one us available to help. They said no manager. I went online they just saidOh well.
