Absolutely horrible!! Went to book movers was told there is a promotion of 50 dollar deposit which was not true they charged me 100 dollars when I called back they said that’s not true and couldn’t offer any help except training for the representative that told me that.Absolutely disgusting and to top it off I was supposedly speaking to the general manager they don’t know how to treat customers.Untrustworthy company.

I highly NOT RECOMMEND this moving company. Here are the facts why1- According to the estimated job description the team should arrive at max 8am to finish their job properly on timeTHEY ARRIVED AT 10am! THIS BELIES THE SCHEDULED WORK TO FINISH CONVENIENT ON TIME WHICH LEADING CONTRADICTION WITH THE ESTIMATED JOB. They end up not unpacking and I had to do all!2- I discussed with team and verbally assured that my insurance would be full coverage because I warned them that I couldnt happen to move on on the link they texted me to sign for full coverage so they told me to send an email to the office to confirm the coverage so I did but then they refused to give me full coverage since the job is done. But I still have damages.2- Although discussed and agreed while giving myself an estimate with your the estimator on my propertythere were 2 huge Ikea Wardrobes supposed to deassamble and assamble on the new address. One did deassambled but because of the late arrival I had to have the decision to leave the 2nd one at the place and 1st one not assambled on the new address. They did not complete the job aligned with the estimate but still charged.3- On the old and new location damages are made and pictured but they did not send me a claim form!4- At the time of the estimate I WAS ASSURED THE UNPACKING OF MAJOR ITEMS WOULD BE DONE. CHARGED BUT Not completed as of being late!5- THE DRILL we borrowed from our friend for the team to be able to complete the deassamble of the wardrobe was not returned! So what else can I say. Legal actions will take place…BAD EXPERIENCE??♀️

Stay far away from this company. They kept my CC# and kept charging my card for months afterwards I guess they hoped I wouldn't catch it. Very dishonest, unprofessional company they will tell you a quote and jack it up once they have your furniture in their truck. The movers look like they are on a work release program from prison.

Must Read: booked the company to move literally one building over. Explained we were only moving to the next building and how much stuff we had, which wasn’t a lot considering we were in a small apartment and was verbally quoted for $600 for roughly 2 hours of work. 2 hours into the move our stuff wasn’t even out of the apartment. We made it so easy for them considering we had packed everything already. We were hustling much quicker than they were knowing we were about to get charged for all the hours they weren’t working… Once they had all of our stuff in the truck, they then held our stuff hostage until we paid $1300!!! before they moved it in the new apartment. $1300 to move to the next build over… DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE THIEVES

HONEST REVIEW WARNING. The company I usually book didn’t have availability for this move, so I decided to go with All My Sons as their reviews were decent. First, the expectation from my quote was this move would only take about 2 hours, maybe 3. The other company I use gets it done in that amount of time, so it made sense. This crew took 5 HOURS. And I was moving directly across the street. The crew had no urgency, one of the crew members disappeared for a half hour, and me and my boyfriend were helping package and move all of our things because they were taking too long to get anything done. I’m 4 months pregnant and am having to move heavy boxes, etc. just to get their job done quicker. Other companies I’ve never had to lift a finger. A job that should have costed ~$550, ended up costing $1300! When I contacted them to address the fact that this job should not have taken 5 hours, the best Frank could do was take $100 off, and they held our furniture hostage until we paid. This company takes advantage of their hourly rate and has no respect for clients. There’s other companies that have hourly rates and still work in a timely fashion and get things done quickly so it doesn’t become the clients problem.

This company should be reported to OSHA, FDACS, FMCSA FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection. Our experience with this company is very disappointing their employees are nasty and poorly trained in OSHA standards and Customer Service. As a result, our valued items were damaged residents from the building complaining about boxes flying off from second floor to the Parking area. We did see mover throwing these boxes because we were in the parking area and boxes did pass above our head. It was shocking to see that employee was laughing and act like this was a normal behavior in addition mover was on the phone the entire time.It took two weeks on dealing with costumer service to get to the Claim department they laugh at us they make us wait they transferred calls to employees in another State their attitude, and answers really shows that this is a normal behavior and easy way to discourage costumers to claim their rights. After these two weeks of researching, we finally were able to start the full claim process we included Claim Statement. All we got is an email stating that these things could happened in business like it is normal for them and as customers we have to accept that it is part of their policy. They assigned the claim to somebody that doesn't answer emails and doesn't have a phone number. This person sent us a document to be sign with a money offer and the restriction to us to make any public reviews. This company is challenging costumers trust by using their policies to avoid being accountable. They are operating with nontrained employees, and they are tricking customers by making them sign liability packages that covers this big flaw. They are totally aware of this lack of professionalism they find this as an easy way to make money without being accountable. Authorities should be taking action they were very nasty on the phone they know what they are doing. We tried kindly and respectfully to contact them but the more kind and respectful we are the more comfortable they feel to practice deceptive and tricky business. Authorities should take action.

Recently moved with this company. Called and booked my appointment was told it should take no more than 2 hours and should cost around $600-$700 total. The day of my move the drivers were about 45 minutes late (there goes $149) and then when they got there they thought my stuff was going to storage because management did not give them my new address. They were able to get everything loaded up pretty quickly but some things like my dresser did take some damage. They took about 30 minutes longer (add an extra $74.50) than I did getting to the new address when we left at the same time. Once we got to the new address they asked me to pay which I was a bit skeptical about since they had not finished yet but noticed the labor charges were a bit high. They were able to unload everything somewhat quickly and left around 12:45pm. Doing the math in my head the wages did not make sense and decided to call the main office. They charged me for another 2 hours (2:45pm) before finishing. I was able to get refunded for that time thankfully. The total amount was close to $1200 when initially told $600-$700. I was charged $20 for tape (I had tape they could use and the rolls of tape were left in my apartment all had plenty left on the roll), I was charged $18 for a box for an item that didn't need to be in a box. Not only do they charge $127.40 for an 18 mile drive but they ALSO include a travel expense of $149. Makes sense to add mileage and travel. Was charged $35 for shrink wrap when they didn't even use close to half of it and shrink wrap only costs around $25. An absolute joke of a company with tons of hidden fees and ultimately lied to, to get their business. Not to mention you need to put down $100 dollars to reserve them, so not sure where that money goes. I had the concern of them charging my more than it would take before hiring them and they reassured me that wouldn't happen and sure enough it happened.

The move went fine but beware of hidden charges. We were quoted a 3 hour move costing $400. Our move took only 2 1/2 hours but we were charged $700. Be prepared or look elsewhere.

All my sons moving is the best in the business! Highly trained, qualified, and friendly. Dorman, Jaron, Matthew have to be some of the best movers in South Florida! Truly a first class experience!!!

Numerous poor experiences with this company throughout my recent move. But the kicker is that they complained about being directed to move items (yes, a moving company complained about moving stuff), asked a completely ridiculous and dangerous question about my personal items, which they were directed not to touch. And they leave piles of garbage everywhere in your house.Draw your own conclusions from my actual experience above.

THIEVES! Do NOT hire this CROOKED moving company. While one of the employees was wrapping furniture in one of my rooms unsupervised he stole a handful of collectible baseball cards. I noticed immediately and confronted him, and he returned some, but not all. The company will not accept liability and will not reimburse for the loss despite filing a police report. If you are going to hire these crooks be sure you have enough people on site to supervise their every move unless you want to be victimized.

All My Sons sales rep explained all our furniture would be wrapped and workers were background checked. We had brand new furniture which we had to have delivered from furniture store prior to our move which meant All My Sons had to move it. Upon arrival at our new home we found our brand new, never used, still had foam packing from furniture store, with 2 broken off legs which All My Sons GLUED back on without telling us hoping we would not notice. We also had a brand new dining room arm chair (still with plastic on seat) broken, the wood on the back of chair was split. They told us don't worry, file a claim, they are insured. They dropped a caddy filled with nails that was in our garage into the street. I had to help pick up every nail because I didn't want any neighbors finding a nail in their tires. The caddy had not been wrapped and was completely destroyed. Our garage items where just thrown off a dolly into a pile in the garage and gouged our new epoxy floor. They also knocked into our walls in our new home and that was also gouged. Our white furniture had dirty fingerprints covering wherever they touched it. A few pieces of china got broken and a mirror was cracked. All My Sons was extremely careless with our belongings. Furniture was not wrapped liked promised. As for background check, it was overheard that a couple of them had recently been released from the slammer. As for the insurance claim, they offered us $281 which did not even cover the cost of the chair, not to mention the TV console that had broken legs and scratches up the sides because it wasn't wrapped. Save yourself lots of aggravation and find someone else to move you.

We worked with Chris and Dramaine from the West Palm Beach location; they moved our entire office from Florida to North Carolina and did an amazing job! They were patient, careful and efficient. I highly recommend!

Horrible. They advertise 159 per hour but do not be fooled. The end price is over $500 and that’s MINIMUM. I really wish they would tell you a price or estimate before hand. I just needed my items to be moved to the next street down . They claim to be “transparent” but it’s shocking to be told you were going to pay $159 per hour and then get hit with a $500 bill
