This is the first time an insurance agent actually explained my coverage, made recommendations, and was straight with me about what I was getting with my coverage. We have two cars, RV, and 2 motorcycles with the Batten agency and are completely satisfied. They definitely go way above and beyond to make sure you get the policy that is best for you and their customer service is excellent!

Marti Jaime at Batten Insurance for years has always gone above and beyond with all my home and auto insurance needs. Paola is an amazing agent and extremely helpful. I ended up with a different insurance company due to them being able to beat the coverage by a little bit but if you can get coverage at a great deal through this agency, just know you’re in good hands!

Tried to do a couple changes to my policy online and to get a quote at Allstate. It was a DISASTER to deal with several people in the "chat" section. Finally I gave up online (3 hours) and called the agency. Got a wonderful lady, Jessi. She was excellent with the information, explaining everything and extremely helpful and nice!!! I was very impressed with her knowledge. It was a pleasure to talk with her. Jessi made the changes quickly. I would recommend Jessi to anyone looking for any type of insurance. If I would need to call Allstate/Batten again, I truly hope I would get Jessi. She takes the time needed to make sure the client is well informed. Thank you, Jessi!!!!!

A few years ago I had an accident that was my fault. Allstate really came to my rescue and kept me from overpaying. My agent did a lot of research on the other driver and found out she had had three other accidents and tried to take the full payment on all our insurance policies.
