had a leak from an old propane tank. The technician said it was fixed, but the odor persisted on the next day. When we called the fire Dept, they said there multiple leaks that were not addressed by the technician. The fire dept then called Amerigas and they sent the same technician. Not only was i billed for both visits, i had to ultimately go with a different provider to rectify the situation. you probably lost me as a customer.

Your disgruntled delivery driver broke my value in his frustration of having to return to a community he was at early that day…7 days later, This resulted in a loss of 100 gals of propane that I paid for. He did not close it off either. I am still without gas!!!

We had scheduled it before and they cancelled for whatever reason and no notification to us until I called after almost a week. No one knows what was the reason. They rescheduled it and nothing happened so I called again and same answer. Then I scheduled it agin the third time and finally it work. Very poor customer service and no accountability for their actions. They have the big name so I guess they don’t care at this point but things can change any time for everything- remember that.

Doing business with AmeriGas is difficult to say the least. When you try & make contact with someone nobody ever responds. You are made to feel as if they are doing you a favor by doing anything for you. I will leave it at that.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful that I spoke with. They helped me sign up and schedule a time for my propane tank to be filled. They performed a safety inspection first and then filled my underground tank.

Customer service was terrible! Hopefully this is just because it was the weekend and maybe an answering service but I told the guy 3 times I do not have an account and wanted to become a NEW customer and he kept trying to pull up my account! I finally had to hang up and call back to speak with another person because he did not understand that I did not have an existing account and am a new customer. I called back and spoke with another person who was incompetent as well. Update- I have now spoken to 4 different representatives and been given several different numbers and extensions and finally the last lady told me that department was closed on weekends. That would’ve been understandable and very helpful if the first representative told me that. There is no walk ins at the local locations per website so I will move on to another provider since I will not call this company again.

Once I got to Debbie, not via the normal customer service option to choose when calling in, things proceeded to get better. I would recommend moving your customer service back to American base so things get done properly. After my month plus saga of trying to resolve the closing of our account and reversal of charges I would think twice before using a Amerigas at my home.

Two times a service person told us that they were coming and nobody showed up. We are now going a week and a half without any hot water. Hopefully somebody will show tomorrow as we are now scheduled.

I would love to tell you if my experience and would appreciate speaking to a person who can deploy back with more than the company’s trained replies.Suffice it to say that I ended up without gas fir 3 days with a house full of company. I called numerous times and was told someone would be out. I explained that I could smell the additive that makes the gas smell. The only person who came was an inspector, for whom I did not ask, and I ended up being billed. Even before I received a delivery.It is impossible to speak with someone who has the ability to do anything other than make placating statements.The only way I finally got to speak to someone who could help was to refuse to hang up the phone. I knew that your representative could not hang up in me and I told her I would sit in the phone all day if she didn’t get me to someone.This is not way to do business!!

I have a bill of $319.99 in which I am disputing. I called AmeriGas to come out AGAIN to look in the hole in the ground because I have a broken lid to YOUR tank in which I am renting.If this bill is not taking off my account I will cancel my service with AmeriGas.

Poor - you billed for services not requested by me, and which you never performed; and even though your customer service department reviewed your files and found the foregoing to be true, and advised on 2/15/2023 that my account would be credited for the unwarranted charges, 30 days later you send a past due reminder. You may publish and share this response.

I sent an email regarding a rental charge to my account for a monitor that I purchased when we built our house 3 years ago. I had the same issue about this charge before and it took over 3 months to resolve.Now, you are charging me a rental charge again. I placed a call for a dispute and followed up with an email on Feb. 28th and I have not had a response. I would appreciate a response.
