Filed January 20th and I haven’t received my tax refund yet or less alone an update. When I enter my information on IRS, they don’t have my information on file so I am not sure who AmeriTax file with but it isn’t IRS. I am expecting my refund soon, if not I’ll be up there because I don’t understand why I haven’t received my payment or an update

Please dont waste your time. I was referred to this place by a friend to have Greg do my taxes. I live in miami and drove to west palm to do my taxes. All of a sudden his wife "CRYSTAL" took over my taxes without consent. She filed to irs claiming i didnt receive both my stimulus for my child when specifically told her i received 1 credit for 1 child. Now cause of her error and lack of comprehension she claims i owe her company money. That was her error not mines. I cant even get a copy of my tax return. That should have been sent to me right when i filed but it wasnt. Now in order to fix this mess i need my tax return and im being rejected by crystal. Thats sad not to own up to your mistake as a tax preparer. I never can speak to greg when i call she claims he is always busy. I requested numerous times for a call back since last year and that was an epic fail. She is not professional at all PERIOD. Never will i EVER file my taxes with ameritax again. Worst experience!!!

Had a appointment set for 5/11/21 at 12 noon and I’m came to this location no one was even there or bothered to answer phone calls.
