I had the best experience shopping at Ann Taylor Factory at the Palm Beach Outlets. Not only did I find the most wonderful clothes to wear to school, I had the best of the best helping me with my great sales! I can’t say enough about RENU and JAMEISE. This is a huge store…and I mean big. Prepare to give yourself time to look and look some more, then try on a lot of different clothes. The prices are great here and if you like Ann Taylor, expect to get great deals, and great clothes. Unexpected.

For starters I love the clothes Ann Taylor has to offer, but the management here is HORRIBLE! On Black Friday I was targeted because I wanted to try on a few outfits for work in the dressing room, which I was then followed by the manager and she waited outside of my dressing room.. She did not say anything to me and followed me to the cash wrap to check out and then proceeds to make a rude comment stating “you have a lot of clothes” I suspected that she may have thought I was going to steal? There was no “let me know if you need any assistance in sizes” there was no “my name is” “hi how are you”. I work in management and the level of professionalism was nonexistent. I will no longer be shipping here based on experience.

I don’t typically write reviews that often, usually if I have a great experience I try to but this visit to the store was anything but that. I’ve shopped this location before, and it was always my go to. Maybe it is under new management but the level of service and the overall commotion in the store was unlike any experience I have had in Ann Taylor. The associates were screaming and yelling across the sales floor at one another, the associate who rang me up was also talking on her phone. When not yelling, the associates were congregated in a group at the register talking and laughing, unaware a woman was looking for help. The store was clean but there wasn’t anyone wiping down or cleaning like I had seen in other stores at the outlets. I noticed another store who had open fitting rooms wiped down after each use. 1 lady who worked there had her mask under her nose. I was happy to see the fitting rooms open but the level of service I used to receive is no longer there. I understand the trying times but I’d think they would work harder to deliver a better shopping experience.

I went there to look around the store, but I felt that I was being racially profiled! I was on my way out of the store and some young lady approached me out of everyone in the store and asked me did I need help. I didn’t mind her asking me that question, but it was the WAY she made me feel as if I were about to steal or if I were stealing. I work in retail, so I know the ropes of what to do if someone is trying to steal from a store. The team needs to work on trying to make everyone feel more welcome at there store when entering or shopping. Don’t be so quick to assume someone of stealing just if they don’t look like norm that walks in the store, and for that reason I won’t return and I’ll make sure whoever I know shops there will know what happen to me.

Worst customer service I have experienced in years. I walked into a with no customers and 3 sales girls talking at the checkout counter. When I asked where products were they pointed, but never stopped talking. I’m disabled and not once did the staff offer to help. Great sale-terrible staff.

Horrible customer service the store manager is a horrible manager just dum has no business being a store manager her employee are always on the phone or behind the cash wrap or on there phones in the fitting room they never help the customer the fitting room is always a mess Never go there
