Amazing customer service. I was looking for a specific drug screening and the lady on the phone (I believe it was Ms. Stephenson) spent her time calling multiple people to figure out which panel I needed. Then she accommodated me so I could come give my sample asap. Very impressed and thankful for her willingness to help!
