Went for a leg compression sleeve Agustin went beyond my needs and this sleeve needs to be cut measured resized and he got it to fit my leg like a glove thanks Agustin !!

This is the 2nd time I had to contact Atlantic Healthcare Products to extend a wheelchair I rented. Once again, Dustin assisted me. Once again, Dustin was kind, helpful, expressed empathy and listened. A lot of companies have team members that lack those qualities. Dustin is a gem ? ✨️. I bought an electric scooter at the Forest Hill Blvd location. The salesman's name was Mykal Winger. Mykal was very patient with me. I asked him to take the scooter apart and put it back together again so I could watch. He did. Then I asked him to watch me do it... he did. THEN we went out to my car to make sure it would fit in the car, even tho it comes apart, and he watched me take it apart and made sure I was able to lift the heaviest piece into the car. He gave me his card and told me I could call him anytime if I had a problem. I took the scooter out for a test run today to the Gardens Mall. I put the scooter together and took it apart in the parking lot...no problem. I scooted around the mall for about an hour and then left. This was my first time out of the house in 3 years due to back surgery. I LOVE my scooter. I highly recommend Atlantic Healthcare. Jody, from Century Village, West Palm Beach, FL

Called a week in advanced to set up an appointment to get a chair lift installed/quoted. No problem they said but couldn’t give me a time… just a day. I said I was in town for only a few days but need to get this chair lift installed in a new home prior to having surgery in a few months. They didn’t respect anyones time and expect you to wait around all day for them to show up, even the cable company gives you a window.A week goes by, I call again the day before the appointment date and someone rudely said I would receive a text from the install team telling me my quote time window. They confirmed the appointment day but once again no time. Text confirming appointment never came, no follow up and of course the day of the appointment nobody showed up. Garbage company. I was prepared to spend $10k+ on a new chair lift and grab bars but will take my business elsewhere.

The staff at this location really care about their customers. Mykal was able to track down a product that I needed for my 3 year old son that is very difficult to find in stores and had it shipped to my house the very next day. Everyone here is so helpful and patient and actually take the time to explain details about the product so that you can make an informed decision about the best option for you. Thank you so much for everything! The store on Forest hill blvd is hands down the best!
