“These branch on Okeechobee is really nice these is not my banking center but I have go multiple times to these location do to my job, and let tell you is really nice every single staff member is really polite and always smiling even if there is a long line. They offer multiple banking solution to any one that attend these branch and also in multiple language that is always a plus.. maybe I switch to these bank in the near future. My only complain is they only have 2 teller working some time and it get a bit busy, but overall a B+”

Yes, that is $1.99 per gallon! I paid inside, and the cashier was friendly. Not much else to report here, it is your typical convenient store/gas station, with the usual inside... snacks, soda, coffee, and the other essentials for road trips. I was surprised by the demeanor of the employee who took my payment, because usually at convenient stores/gas stations, they are usually grumpy or indifferent... thank you for being polite ^_^ I will definitely be back to Circle K store. “I was with my buddy Bob. He had a check he wanted to deposit but did not have his account number. We pulled up to the window at the drivethrough. Bob handed over his Visa debit card and driver's license and asked the teller, Ryan, to look up his account number and put the funds there. The teller then asked if he knew that a check deposit could easily be made at the ATM. My friend was momentarily confused. Ryan said "Would you like me to show you how to use it?" A moment later we were shocked to see Ryan, the bank employee, outside waiting for us at the ATM. He gave us a complete lesson. He showed us exactly how easy it was to deposit a check this way and he clearly explained how it was actually better and more advantageous to deposit checks using this method. Wow... We were simply impressed and surprised to see this kind of initiative taken by a bank employee. And afterwards we talked about how unusual that sort of proactive customer service is.”

“Nicole (the manager) was outstanding. Although she was busy, she noticed me searching for something, and she politely asked if she could help. She then quickly clarified what was (and was not) available, given COVID, and pointed me to an alternative solution. She was already busy, managing inventory, on the phone, checking and sorting boxes, but she made the extra effort to put the inventory on hold for a few moments and help a customer. And then she made sure to meet me at checkout to ensure I'd found what we'd discussed! Most folks would have avoided the extra work. She sought it out, looking for a way to help. And she didn't just do the one gesture (telling me where it was); she made the second gesture, too (confirming I'd found it!). It's things like this that give you hope in humanity. Seriously. It seems like a small thing. But it's not. She wasn't just being a good store manager. She was being a good, kind person. Thank you, Nicole.Sincerely,Christian”

“I have been with the company or the last 3 years and I just made my last payment and I am currently debt free. It would have taken over 10 years if I kept doing what I was doing. Simone was such a great help and even worked with my sister as well to help get her out of debt. She actually sent me a check for $300 bucks for having my sister sign up as well. Would highly suggest anyone with debt that actually reads these to sign up. They dont handle student loans like some of these other comments mention and they were clear and upfront about when my payment would be made as I picked the date that it was made. My account manager Jean Paul was amazing with always sending me updates on what was happening on my account so I was not worried resulting in me calling in all the time to get updates. (Its just who i am) Great team and would highly recommend to anyone dealing with debt who wants to save money and get out of debt while boosting your credit score.”
