Great service I have a problem that I tried to fix calling att and no body help me but this store I didn’t have any hassle or problem working with them and they always help me a lot I will always be their customer and will be with ATT for another 20 years ??????

Had a great experience! The lady helping me was very professional and helpful, no matter what issues we ran into. I believe her name was Angela. Everything got resolved and I was on my way.

I had multiple issues with this store and have filed a formal complaint. The first time I went to the store, I dealt with Trey K who somehow either "accidentally" or maliciously signed me up for a 2nd line. When I went back a 2nd time to address this huge blunder, Matt Adams (a supposed manager) who was extremely rude, told me he could not help me and for me to sit in the store, on hold while I called loyalty service. He told me he could not compensate me and that he did'nt really beleieve in customer service. I had to go out of my way multiple times to contact customer support over the phone, and eventually got a supervisor, who apologized for Matt's behavior. Over the phone, the customer support supervisor was able to compensate me appropriately and they ensured me Matt and Tres behavior would be reported and looked into. I hope they are not adding unwanted services to customers accounts so they can get bigger payouts or something, that needs looked into. They also told me Matt could have helped me and compensated me for certain things, so I feel lied to for multiple reasons. They both need to be reprimanded and/or fired for their behavior, or they need to be re-trained entriely and take customer service classes. I have been a loyal mobile and internet paying customer for over 15 years and for them to treat a customer like this is unacceptable behavior and I am highly disappointed in ATT as a whole. Please don't respond to this post but do your due dilligence and handle your employees properly. Regards, Daniel K

I had a great experience at this AT&T store today! I was dreading changing my plan from Verizon to AT&T, but it was a pleasant, seamless experience thanks to Jay! He clearly and quickly got me switched over without changing my number or being inconvenienced. I now have much better cell reception at my home downtown WPB.. thank you Jay for being patient and very helpful ?

This particular store is nicer than the other locations. Andy is great to work with. Very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He even cut his lunch short for us. Highly recommend working with him!

Lazaro was a huge help tonight! He was polite and took his time to process my husband’s exchange. We were frustrated trying to return a Christmas gift for the 2nd time and he walked us thru the entire process and was extremely patient! Thanks Lazaro!
