I walked in with my mom on a random weekend to help lower her bill and was approached by Carlos Espinosa, he was so informative and helped explained a lot that my mom didn’t understand on her bill. He not only helped her lower it , but upgrading was very simple and we were able to save on the activation fee bc he was thoughtful enough to verify discounts that could apply to her acct. very pleasant experience, shout out also to the very nice store manager Byron Brown! Amazing,clean store , with great employees! Thank you :)

Amazing location it was nice and clean.
I was greeted as soon as I open the door.
The manager assisted me right away with my problem my phone was not working properly and he went to my account and fix my issue and in no time my phone was back and running. Amazing location

This is an authorized retail location, basically a broker for AT&T, they Promised one thing, turned out to be something else.
Told by doing a trade-in I would get an iPhone 16 Plus at 0$ month, didn't notice until almost 3 months later I was paying for the iPhone 16 Plus. Turns out the store still had my iPhone 14 Trade in sitting there for 3 months and allegedly tried to contact me to let me know the trade in was cancelled by AT&T because the promotion ended. Nothing in terms of compensation was offered, I had to figure all this out myself through both AT&T customer service and by going back to this location. Effectively wasting hours of time.
2 Stars because at least the manager here seemed to care a little bit. The young Hispanic guy and girl offer 0 help

This AT&T location will be my new home going forward.Yainillis and Carlos overall service was superb. Thank you both for your warm welcome this morning and for going beyond to find a way to resolve my issue. This tyoe of service is rare these days, specially here in Florida. Month ago I went to this store to get a family plan.
Information that they provided me wasn’t correct.
My payment for my following month increased twice when they told me it would increase 30$.
I would have been fine if they do their job correctly and give all of the information about it.
If you don’t like your job it is not customer problem.
We come for help, or at least get the correct information.
What they do they provide you information that is not existing so you leave faster their store and then when you come back month later with a problem they say:
“I never said that. And I couldn’t give this information because it’s against our policy.”

In this location they are only authorized AT&T sellers, which means that these stores and their workers are not operated by AT&T, they are only independent sellers, they will give you incorrect information about the plans and services so that you can buy the products. I was told that I could get the iPhone 16 plus without paying anything monthly because I traded in my iPhone 14 and three months later I realized that I was paying for the phone because apparently they said they didn't realize and the offer had already ended and supposedly they tried to contact me once which I never received a call or a voice message letting me know that my phone was there and that the trade-in was canceled I knew this because I contacted AT&T customer service and they were the ones who informed me what had happened with my phone, but the store workers are not well informed about the promotions or what they are saying, they are too incompetent. At least the manager tried to solve the problem but the Hispanic woman who works there offered 0 help, very arrogant and did not understand almost any English.

Came in Sunday 1/5/25 to buy new iphones for our company
30 mins before closing
Trying to buy iPhone 16
Young Spanish lady refused to help me very rude and immature
said they were closed already at 530 when they don’t close till 6
She was just sitting on here phone talking to her friends and blasting music
Huge waste of time
Waste of labor find a new employee
Almost want to change phone carriers but realize it’s not att’s fault just this lady who wouldn’t do what’s she’s paid to do
