I received a new phone from my daughter and went to your store to transfer the information from my old phone to the new phone your representative Cherylna (not sure of the spelling) she could not have been friendlier or more helpful and I am extremely happy thank you.

Angel at the ATT Andros Isle store is AMAZING !! He is not only friendly and professional, but extremely knowledgeable. This truly is the best store.

I went into this store with a friend who was having an issue with his phone. He needed to upgrade, but first had to pay off his phone. We went in and spoke to Angel AG3682 He was very pleasant to deal with and tried his best to do what we needed to do. There was an issue regarding ATT back end and couldn't complete the transaction, nor give my friend a new phone.I spoke to a customer service representative who did not help at all nor did they give Angel any way to fix this. The rep said that she apologized but it will take 24 hours for the payment to go through and for my friend to get a phone. This also meant that he would not have a phone for that time AND ATT took the money with no way to give it back if he wanted to cancel the transaction and wait til tomorrow.Angel was working very hard to get a resolution and offered to continue to look at the account until the end of the day and if anything changed he would call me. We decided to go back at 5:00 pm but there had been no change. At 6:30 pm he gave us a call to let us know that the money had been processed and that we could come back and upgrade.I really did not have a good feeling that this would have happened, but I did indicate that I had stock in ATT and would call the president of ATT to complain. I have had to do that previously when other issues happened.The stars are NOT for ATT, they are for Angel Guadarrama AG3682. He was the best person to have on the front lines, he took control of the situation and we left upset, but knowing that he was going to figure out a way to get us the upgrade. He is a valuable employee and he should be in charge of the store. He really has made a great impact on me and I will be back to work with him in the future. Give Angel a raise!!! Hes a rock star!!!!

Excellent customer service. Nice to go to a place that the people are sincere in helping you. Location is also very convenient. Wished I had noticed they were in the Publix plaza. Angel and JT were very helpful and quick in helping me.

I went to that store after a very bad experience with another one ohhh my God the staff was exceptional, very patient, so professional with me. After my bad experience with the other store as a new customer they put their heart in helping and convince to stay with AT&T. Extraordinary people, best Angel, Manny and Shatee and also the manager you guys are the best.

I was told that my phone would cost me $15 a month, when in fact it costs $25. I asked numerous times as I’m on a fixed income. The kid that was helping me even asked the AM Shawtee, and he said it was $15 also. My boyfriend also can confirm that they said it was $15. Then I was told I could get on the 55 plus plan and when my bill came in it was still high. Turns out you have to be an AARP member to get that and neither the AM or manger said they didn’t know. I went to the store and he supposedly changed it right then.I had to call customer service to help me with lowering my bill, that’s when I found out I was being charged $25. They outright lied to me. Make sure to check your receipt. I will never step in that store again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Staff couldn't figure out how to resolve a problem, and gave up. Sent us on our way, with the 800 phone number. No manager offered to help us. Very disappointed.

If I could give 10 stars I would happily do so.I arrived at closing time after losing my phone on a flight from CA.Shatay and 2 other employees were kind enough to let me come in as they were literally locking up for the night.I appreciate it so much as I was devastated. Thank you again so much!

came into this store with a wireless router for a home phone to get a sim.. went to a store on Lantana and 441 and they had not a clue about the device. came to this store by Publix and got welcomed at the door! Eric helped me set it all up and gave me the information needed to turn on my home phone! very patient and kind to sit with me and get this done. I live far but this will be my new store. don't care for the drive. Eric is great
