Very poor customer service. The guy running the place is surly, and very angry. Never did get the pretzel i ordered and paid for. They never even started making them when i came back. Had to pull teeth to get a refund.

The mall location sucks.I'm a delivery driver loss money every time I pick up here.You have a bunch of lost children working their ..hands in thier pockets walking around in circles..bushy over grown hair girl playing with her hair while I'm trying to pick up and make money ..Mr tattoo neck freaking ignoring people picking up tbier god dsm orders ..fk this place

Bad experience ! Waited in line for more than 10 minutes as there were about 6 people ahead of me . I was planning to get a classic pretzel and drink combo . It was my turn and Elizabeth did not speak loud enough for anyone to hear . I proceeded to the counter and asked for what I wanted and she told me that they were all out of pretzels . I told her it would have been nice for someone to say they didn’t have any or only had pretzel bites . The sign says “Made Fresh Daily “ I queasy that dosent apply all the time . What a waste of time .

Ordered this today . Got home to see not only was I giving the wrong sauce but it was also burnt. Every single one of them. Customer service was basically nonexistent

Awful customer service, cashier takes the money and then with the same hand she touched the bills, she takes the cinnamon rolls...disgusting!!!!!!!!!!! Use gloves, pls.

Customer in line at register changed their order and store rep angrily threw the order in the trash. I didn't hear the original order, just the aftermath, but anyone with kids knows they can change what they want and Auntie Anne's is geared towards kids. The customer hadn't even touched the food yet so it wasn't contaminated and could have been served to someone else. Either way it was pretty rude service in front of paying customers.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. They had terrible service even though they don't close for an extra hour and 1/2. All that was wanted was an unsalted pretzel, due to high blood pressure. They proceeded to say they couldn't make it.

Had a interview set up once i arrived a employee went to get the guy i was to interview with all of a sudden and lady looked around the corner at me then the kid came back and said well he is not here sorry. I was like I have a interview set up he says sorry I dont know what to tell you I was dressed nice and I was as also well kept so I dont know what problem was except Discrimination because I was older. I am 50 . But I will get to the bottom of it because discrimination is not something you want attached to your Establishment.

Hi! Ex employee here! I recently quit because I was moving. :( But I'll share my experience here, since I think it's just as fair to let the employees share the experience too, we are people at the end of the day! A fair warning I'll be brutally honest, so with that said let's get into it. So I started in April, the boss man took me in right away, and once I started training, he thrusted me in the scene, so I had to figure things out on my own. It was fun I'll admit. I only applied part time at their second store that was recently added. The one with Jamba as their subsidiary. We all had a training session on a Friday or Saturday and it was a whole heck of fun. Now, before you ask "if it was fun, why give it 3 stars???" I'm going to get to that. So during the first 3 weeks was good, and things were just kicking off. Aside me just learning the ropes, I've noticed that some of the pretzels were kinda burnt. It wasn't like that all the time, because I know that each time I would make them I would make sure they weren't that darkened. But accidents happen! And no, I'm not siding with anyone here. I just saw what I saw! I mostly got the worst luck with the nuggets, the smoothies, however, we're my favorite part. I love Strawberries wild, White Gummi, Chocolate Mood, Mango... There was a lot of mango related drinks but mango madness was my fave. If you want my recommendation I would suggest if you get pretzel nuggets of any kind strawberries wild is a go-to for a lot of the customers that went to this particular location. Although I will admit that sometimes the communication between employees was somewhat difficult, this is not because of my particular disabilities. Sometimes they would just get a little bit too chaotic that it's hard to understand with anybody is saying at all. In fact I ended up having to ask people to repeat themselves several times to the point of annoyance, which is unintentional. But it made me feel a little bad. There was even a time where the manager (which I've seen only once) complained about my hair. For some context, my hair isn't exactly long, it's actually relatively shorter than most of the other individuals over there, and there are mostly female. But my hair wasn't too short either, around to the shoulders, barely touching. She even threatened to fire me if I didn't comply with the terms of service of the establishment. Honestly I agree! But the problem is that I couldn't get my hair into a proper ponytail, so I was stuck with tucking all my hair in the hat. Other than all of this, I never had any "true" complaints. When I did quit it was bitter sweet, last thing I got was 3 cups of pretzel nuggets, and a strawberries wild. I kept in contact with a few coworkers I now consider my close friends. I will not say who for the sake of this review and to protect them. But I've heard the GM had been stealing??? I'm sure it isn't really true, but in any case it isn't professional to act up towards your employees when they catch you doing something that seems out of character, I will give them the benefit of the doubt, as knowing them, they were strict when it came to stocks and product. Anyway, that's all for now, I hope I'm not going to get in trouble for this, but this is an honest review coming from an ex employee. So thanks for reading and cya!

Placed my order in the mobile app and everything went right, however, I tried to make several phone calls to check the exact location since the app is not accurate and no one answered the phone. When I got to the place they gave me the wrong order. I understand that mistakes might happen, but management should pay more attention to update the phone and location and avoid customers losing time trying to call to verify the exact location of the store. Poor basic management skills !
