“I purchased my last lease as it came due right after the pandemic and there were barely any vehicles. I wanted to lease again and my salesperson (Guy) had moved to Maroone, so I went there. My family has gotten many vehicles with Guy and I’ve brought a few friends, so we go back quite a few years. Guy is great to work with and he doesn’t pressure you. He’s personable, friendly, funny, and relaxing. He doesn’t make you feel rushed and tries very hard to find a vehicle that will make you happy. And the dealership seems to “deal” much more than others in the area. Their prices are far better and it’s even hard to believe that they are so much lower than other locations. I leased a vehicle this week, my spouse leased a vehicle three weeks ago, and my sister-in-law leased one about six weeks ago. All from Maroone and all from Guy.”

“It was my first time using MotorHaus for service. Originally I was scheduled to only do an oil change on my Audi A5 Sportback, but I had the unfortunate luck of needing to replace tires that had nails and slow leaks. The customer service and updates along the entire service / tire replacement were second to none. The prices I was quoted for everything that I had done were a fraction of what it would've costed at the dealership. The cherry on top was that they even washed and cleaned both the exterior and interior of my vehicle without even me requesting it. It's safe to say that if I need any service done in the future, I'll be coming back to Diego and the MotorHaus team.”

“Mr. Andy and his daughter are absolutely incredible! I “scheduled an appointment” to have my air conditioning compressor replaced. I had my car back by the end of the day completed! They open at 8 o’clock prompt and they also close at 4 o’clock prompt. They are open Monday through Friday only, you have to appreciate that! Do not walk in expecting to have your vehicle serviced immediately if you do not have an appointment scheduled. When you schedule an appointment, Mr. Andy or/and his daughter will work on your vehicle only, until it is done… Any walk-ins have to wait!”
“Had to replace the 12 volt battery on a 2013 Ford Cmax, which of course has the 12 volt buried in the bottom of the trunk under a few covers. They did it in 30 minutes with no problems or complaints, and we chatted the whole time on a whole range of topics to pass the time. The entire time was super kind and knowledgeable, and I plan to come back if I ever have any issues in the future.”

“UPDATE: I did the dirty deed and traded in my car for the TX500h fSport and I am OBSESSED!! This car handles like a dream and has some serious drive smart tech. I get 27MPG and can tow 5,000lbs (easily the boat! So now we can take that WITH the camper ?). Frederico was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very conscientious to feel out my needs and wants and then pull a test drive vehicle that ticked as many of the boxes as possible. I bought the first car I test drove. The only box NOT ticked was the gray interior instead of black. But, my dogs have black fur so this is for the best hahaha. Frederico was very professional and kind, funny and relaxed. I did not feel pressured to buy but we kept doing the “let’s see what this looks like” game until I got set up with “Mo” in financing to finalize my paperwork. And Mo was wonderful to work with. He had TONS of knowledge about the vehicle and just solidified my conviction with the purchase. I was on the fence about a Jeep Grand Cherokee but know Lexus has HUGE reliability in the brand recognition, so there was no comparison. I was treated so wonderfully and felt very valued and extremely at ease throughout the entire process.
While I have yet to actually purchase a vehicle, Hasan has been so extremely helpful to me over my last 3 visits in the last 2 years. I drive for work and have many considerations, including hauling my work equipment. Hasan spoke with me about fears of going all electric versus hybrid versus gas powered and was very candid about all warranties and likelihood of any mechanical issues for their brand. He was happy to allow me to test drive any and everything I have wanted to test drive. But I am super impressed by his knowledge of each model and its features, packages, specs, pricing etc. He is like a walking encyclopedia of Lexus knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend working with him for your purchase. I am building out what I am wanting now to put a deposit on anything that may be available.”

“I visited twice as I've had a/c problems with different cars. Each and every time, Alonso's techs did not disappoint. They are fast, accurate and their labor prices are very reasonable on this economy. They are also friendly and well-rounded on their work. Junior, Jenson and the lady at the front desk are great people. (These are the people I had contact with), but I think there is no difference with the rest of the employees. They work on commercial trucks as well (seems like lots of them visit this shop). So, on my way to the shop to pick up my car, my gf car blower started to make a weird noise. I mention this to the tech, right away he checked it, finding the cause. Thumbs up! Recommended!”
