If I could put Zero stars I would!They "fixed" my Caddy, charged me about $7000 and left ME to find (after the warranty conveniently expired) a wire they replaced was sat against the catalytic converter to burn. How did I find that out? By the car catching on fire!!I even asked them to please take another look and they wouldn't without an appointment, even though they caused the issue of my car burning. Having to have my car looked at AGAIN and replacing wires/alternator after paying for 7 grand was very disappointing. I'll never go back to get my Cadillac serviced here ever again!

Meh. They had a used Honda that I wanted. I bought it. No one at the Cadillac dealership knows anything about Hondas, so anything the salesman said was simply speculation. Because of later untruths, I am unsure whether even to trust they didn't doctor the Carfax.No one goes to a car dealership in search of truth, so no surprise. Here's what they said did not come true."You're unhappy that there is only one key. Go get another one made and we'll pay you back." Hasn't happened."You're not sure your $500 roadside assistance plan that you paid for covers what seller said it would. Our manager will call you back to verify." Hasn't happened. The special manager I kept trying to call back to, just isn't available.What was true:"You get a 90 day warranty by which you can seek repairs at any other AutoNation. If within warranty., It will be free." While automation is difficult to make appointments with, and their default is that you will need to leave your car for several days, at least I could get an appointment. No promises on whether it is free. But it's better than trying to deal with Honda dealerships who have two layers of non mechanical humans between you and the mechanic, and insist that they can let promise you will have a repaired car but you will pay anyway.While no one expects used car dealers to tell the truth, I don't know why we don't. It's not that hard. Probably would've bought the car anyway but just tell me the truth.Caveat Emptor.

Absolutely, by far my best experience purchasing a new car. I ordered my 24' Cadillac Lyriq online and received communication throughout the process. When my car was delivered, Michael Heinz, Internet Sales Manager, made the entire process seamless. He prepared most of my paperwork prior to my arrival. Upon meeting Michael, I felt as though I had family delivering my new car. Everyone there was A+ in my book. Will refer this dealership to EVERYONE!

Working with Roland and this dealership has been amazing. I have purchased a lot of cars in the past but this by far was the best experience I have ever had. All my questions were answered quick and with 100% transparency. Communication was fast and detailed. If you’re in the market definitely give this place a go.

I had a good experience. My Dad needed some work done on his Caddy, so on Monday I scheduled an appointment on their website for Tuesday. I showed up at the appointed time and Steven who was my service advisor took good care of me. The waiting room was comfortable and included free WiFi and snacks. The car was serviced to my satisfaction and they also washed it for me. I will use AutoNation again in the future to help keep my Pop's Caddy Tip top!

I had $5,000 of service to be done on my Escalade but couldn’t get anyone to return my calls. I left at least 6 messages for my assigned Service Advisor and then spoke to the Service Director. He provided me a $5,000+ estimate. I asked if he could discount it at all due to the price of shock absorbers ($1,000 each). He said he would look into his costs and call me back. I never heard from him again. I left numerous messages with no response. I finally took my car to Wallace Cadillac and had a very pleasant experience and they did discount the service. I will never go back to Autonation again. This was not the only bad experience I had with that dealership. I don’t know what the issue is with these guys but they are definitely not concerned about customer service at all!!!!

Our experience at AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach was fabulous from start to finish. All of their staff are knowledgable, kind and professional. Our salesperson, Mike Heinz is wonderful. I highly recommend Mike and the entire dealership!

Just had a great experience with this dealership. I was looking for a new CT5 for my parents and sent them to a dealer by their house. I spoke to the dealership regarding the price of the car prior to sending my parents and they assured me there would be no add on's, they lied. I was extremely upset but decided to call AutoNation of West Palm Beach. I spoke with Konstantine sales rep, I asked for an out the door price on a new CT5 listed on their website. I told him what happened at the last dealership and he assured me he would take care of my parents and give them the best deal. Within the hour he send me a sales order with a breakdown of charges which was accurate to what the car was listed for. I called him to confirm and he again assured me that the numbers were correct and to have my parents come in. Konstantine was a pleasure to work with and treated my parent so well. On the day they arrived he had three cars ready for them all in different colors for them to chose. He truly is an honest sales man and a joy to work with. My parents walked out with a new car and smiles on their faces. Thank you so much AutoNation of West Palm Beach as well as Konstantine for an easy deal.
