You take money from my card for pre pay only for me to arrive and be told there aren’t any cars available. Why let people do reservations if you are out of cars???

Certainly a different rental car experience, but not a bad one! There is a desk in the airport where the baggage claim is, but the desk was closed when we arrived. We then caught the bus to the rental car area and it was just a short drive. When we arrived at Avis there were 4 people there helping everyone get a car. We didn't have any problems getting our car, we had a reservation already. You wait outside until they drive your car up...and you are ready to go!

Woman that runs this store absolutely changed our trip for the better!!! Had a horrible experience at the airport rentals so took an Uber over as a last ditch effort. She could tell we were stressed and provided such amazing service to turn our day around for us! We received a reasonable rate and left happy and our vacation was back on track. I didn’t catch her name and tried to call to get it, but Avis has one of the most annoying phone service lines I’ve ever experienced, it’s impossible to get to a human. Will only rent from this store going forward when in the Palm Beach area. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being so extremely kind and helpful while I was grumpy and stressed!!!

Worst experience ever! They take your money and then tell you that you done qualify to rent a car. The refund then take 10 business days to reflect, ruining my planned vacation and wasting thousands of dollars!

Shout out to Nicole, Mona and Herman. We rented a minivan for our trip to Blue Ridge for Christmas and they made sure we had a vehicle that worked for us and the grandparents for the long drive!

Horrendous. I rented from Avis in Europe 3 times, always at an airport. Twice, this was fine and as expected. But in Munich: the original rental agreement I signed for my 3-day rental, was $280. This included taxes, fuel, insurance, and other fees. Instead, they charged me $520 for the rental of this mini compact car for 3 days. I have filed a complaint and no one is responding. I receive automated emails, no phone call, and no response. This has been going on for two months. I've called customer service two dozen times and it's incredibly challenging to reach a human to speak with. I did just speak with someone and she was only able to find an invoice in German, uncommonly nothing was available in English. There was a randomly unexplained, unjustified cleaning fee for $99. An inaccurate charge for a 4-day rental, when I returned it on time for my 3-day. And a hidden airport fee that was not on the original rental agreement invoice that was about a 30% increase from the total. Those mystery, unexplained fees that were NOTon the original rental agreement invoice, still do not add up to an additional $240. And I have spent many cummulative hours dealing with this situation, without any contact initiated from Avis.They responded below. I emailed, as requested. No response.The unique reference number is 943A934.
