Very hard to find return area. Not with rest of the rental cat places. Call and get directions before you go. It was a terrible return experience for me

Worst customer service ever. The manager Robyn is the rudest of all. They messed up my prepaid and online prorated price, which went up to $200 over. Neither her nor thr staff was willing to help, not even an apology. I had to call online customer service in order to fix the rate for me. I will never be back again, never.
