I have bad costumer service, the guy who help at the desk was more interesting talking at his cellphone that he had it at keyboard that try to help, even I get a higher rate that I reserved.

Avis use to be my number one choice. This experience was really 0 stars. They didn’t have any vehicles when we arrived. As a preferred customer I had to wait 20 mins for a vehicle. When leaving the Avis bus took 20 mins to get back to the station for the pick up! And when it arrived, 2 came at the same time. Who’s managing...
