Maintenance is incredibly disrespectful, their website allows you to schedule a time for them to enter yet they will completely ignore it. When brought up with management I was lied to and told that you cannot schedule a time for maintenance and that even if you could he would ignore it because it was an “emergency”. This “emergency” was no ac and wouldn’t have been a big deal if no one was home, hence the scheduled time being important. I have been living here for almost two years now and I will certainly not be renewing my lease. In the entirety I have lived here the gate has worked for maybe a grand total of 5 months.

Maintenance really sucks here. And management is not where you’re going to find solutions. They will refuse to service your home here. Leaks & out of ordinary utilities bills will be ignored. Gate never works & security is a laugh. They sit in 1 spot, meanwhile homeless are breaking into your cars. Even corporate will ignore your right to service. My front door has leaked since move in. Never had a functioning peephole. I can’t even use my master bathroom between the toilet that wobbles intensely & the leaking sink that they “fixed”. Since closing all service request without never having accessed my home, mind you for service that was placed from their corporate office. I have had a fire due to a neighbor & still have the fire damaged floors that they “repaired”. I can’t enjoy the home I am to paying $2400+ with $200 plus water/sewer & $300+ in fpl for them not to maintain. Why are my utilities so high? because the ac runs continuously & theres a leak or dysfunctional meter that won’t even look into. This is a 4year tenants testimony. Run far away no matter how large the floor plans are

Dealing with this place and its corrupted practices ACTUALLY gave my father a heart attack. He is still recovering and I am lucky he survived. Save yourself from the misery and look elsewhere.
Not to mention, I found used needles on the premises and there is a constant reek of marijuana. The “security gate” has also been broken since… in fact… I don’t think it has ever worked.

I give no stars because it's the worst place ever!!! I just moved like 6 months ago desperately needing somewhere the manager Angie is so rude the gate is always broken roach infested in my apartment the walls n windows full of mold they gave me the apartment like that the kitchen sink always broken I wouldn't recommend this place I can't wait until my lease is up to move the gate never stayed closed I live in the front so I heard a druggy beating down my door at 4am it's too much and no one ever reached out to me from corporate

I would like to express my appreciation to Juan Pablo, Azalea Village Apartments, West Palm Beach FL, for helping to process my service request submitted to the management office, last February. He set the course of action and problem was fixed.
Juan Pablo has the rare combination of positivism, strong work ethics and excellent people skills. Always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Azalea Village is fortunate to have Juan Pablo as part of their team.

Terrible place…just a revenue stream for NYC investors, renting out “trap houses,” as luxury apartments. Ripped off my deposit, and I didn’t even unpack for the year on the lease! It’s been 3 months, since moved, and they STILL haven’t released the deposit in violation of State Law….won’t respond to my Demand Letter(s), have ignored my efforts to communicate, and want to “steal” over $300 in trumped up charges and fees. Terrible place, poorly managed, dirty and falling apart, and a huge rip-off. I’m now serving liens and lawsuits on them to get my security money back! Run, don’t walk away from this slum in West Palm Beach!!!!

When I moved here in 2019 the community manager at the time was amazing and the staff was great. The road took a long time to get ready but finally got done in 2023 and it came out beautifully. The reason I give it a one star is the new management company. They are very unprofessional. They do not know what they're doing. When taking someone off a lease, you are supposed to send a new lease to the residents to sign a new lease so that way it reflects the person off the lease. They just send you an email saying that person is off the lease .Very unprofessional. I wish Luma was back.
